I have reach out to their CIO Kerry Kelton with no success. It has been a nightmare working with a coop that you are a member of. These guys don't follow the PUC guidelines since they are a COOP. I will give them minus 5 stars for not being a cooperative that helps people in their own coop.

He immediately looked at the area to be addressed and discovered a loose screw. Once that was tightened he checked the rest of the grounding system and determined that there was nothing further that needed to be fixed.
