Hannah was my contact person and she helped me negotiate the world of insurance and roofing from beginning to end. She was always available and responsive to texting. She made many visits to my home to follow up on various details, which is all the more impressive at a time when it seems that everyone in B/CS had hail damage to their roofs. Hannah's knowledge is extensive, and there was no job she wouldn't tackle: climbing all over my roof, checking the stifling hot attic in 100-degree heat, and wearing a face mask during the pandemic.
