DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!! I had a problem at my house so…read moreI called them. A person came out and said my problem was fixed. Charged me over $300 just to have water come up in my lawn. I called the company again and this time the owner came out. He was in a bad mood and super rude. He then said the problem was on the city side and not mine. He said he was going to charge me additional money if he had to do anymore work on a Saturday. I called B&E to speak with the lady and told her the proplem that occurred on Saturday and she stated that the owner said they cant do no more work for me even though I had already paid them. They didn't want to stand by the work they had already started. I called the city and a man came out and ran something in the pipes and it showed that it stopped on my property. The city fixed my problem even though it was on my property. This company (owner) was VERY RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL .

Chris Filla the owner was quick to respond to all our questions. We had been looking for a…read morereputable foundation company and Top Level came highly recommended. He even pinned up and fixed our underbelly while he was under our house as well which was a plus. He was timely and arrived when he said he would. He left our house and yard how he found it. No mess at all. The owner really knows his stuff, extremely knowledgeable. He's honest, dependable and hard working.

UPDATE- March 15, 2026…read more If you need a company to level your house, DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. @Top Level Foundation Repair is out of Schulenburg. The owner @Christopher Filla left our yard with concrete and full of rocks that he said he was going to haul off. He understood we had just gotten all new windows before he started the job, so you'd think he'd understand why the rocks are a concern. We had to call him multiple times to come back and fill in holes that settled around the house, pick up his tools, and pick up the rocks. When he finally did come back, he filled the holes with some kinda blond beach-looking type of sand that has still sucken in, pick up a few rocks and left the rest, oh but he sure did make sure he took his tools. He finished our job some time in September. Got paid in full. We're still picking up rocks ourselves and have been afraid to mow with our new windows. Most recent 12 pictures posted are the job drawn up, and what we raked up, picked up, and is still out there just this morning--over six months after "finishing" the job. ---------------------------------------
