He came out that evening and took measurements, and had us a quote that evening. We picked our design & colors, and he got us on the schedule in under 2 weeks. Once they got to work, it went fast - they did a great job relocating the dirt and fill that I had mentioned I was going to use to fill in some low spots, and took care of it for me. Now that it's complete, it looks fantastic - the color came out exactly as my wife had hoped, and the stamp used does a great job of mimicking stone as she'd hoped. I understand that after a certain amount of time, the circumstances might have changed, but refusing to go back out and verify that without another payment is absurd. Once I told them that I was ready to go, I had to wait another month before they finally told me that it would cost me another $100 to get them out there to verify the original bid, and they had no documentation of the bid other than some scribbled notes from the first visit. Go elsewhere. These folks aren't worth your time or money.

I hired Pflugerville Pfence Company to install a fence. While the fence itself turned out fine, the…read morecrew damaged my irrigation system during the installation. They repaired the broken pipe, but when the system ran later, it wouldn't shut off and ran for five straight hours. I've emailed four times and received almost no response. I also had to clean up piles of dirt, debris, and leftover materials myself. A section of my rock bed was dug up during the repair and never restored. After more than two weeks of trying to resolve this directly, I filed a formal BBB complaint. Really disappointed in the lack of accountability and follow-through. Billing was an absolute NIGHTMARE. I had to completely stay on top of everything. Please be very aware.
