I brought my son here for his 5th birthday and staff made him feel so special. The girl who checked us in asked him what his favorite song is and played it.. and the guy supervising the trampolines was so fun and interactive with them. My son absolutely loves this place. There's nonstop fun for everybody! They have a climbing wall, basketball area, inflatable area, mini zip line, and all sorts of trampoline runs. There's plenty of comfortable seating for adults (including massage chairs). My favorite part is that they offer Thrifty's ice cream in the snack bar. This is a great spot, especially on snowy days when we need to get our energy out. They offer a nice big family restroom, which I appreciate. We come here maybe once a month, and it's always a good time. A few things to consider (that don't bother me but might for some folks): there is pretty loud music playing and (of course) tons of kids yelling/screaming with joy, so the atmosphere is loud and might not be the best for folks who require a quiet environment. Also, it can get very busy in the afternoons, so we like to go right at opening when it tends to be a little less busy. read more

A 30 year old man chucked a ball at two of my friends causing on of them to bleed, and the other one's glasses to break. And the employees did NOTHING, it can be fun when there's not a person throwing 50 mph balls at us. And friends were harassed by them and pushed to the ground. read more

Couldn't say enough good things about Levitate. We have the membership and after 4 months my kids still love going. The owners are so friendly and welcoming. However today we had a different experience. My daughter got hurt (not Levitate's fault). She was bleeding pretty bad and to be honest I didn't handle it well. The manager (I feel bad I never got his name) jumped to the rescue and was so good with her. He bandaged the injury and gave her an Icee to help calm/distract her. I'm so thankful for his help today. I believe that good customer service starts from the top. The owner are so kind and seem to genuinely care for their customers. It also shows in their employees. Came here around Christmas time. Expensive Paid for all three kids . Went up to the platform to watch our kids jump. My husband and I Sat in the corner with other parents on the couches. A teenage boy came up to my husband about 20 mins of us watching. He was very rude. Don't have good communication skills at all. Approach us in a negative way. Told my husband he had to take his shoes off that it was their policy. My husband is a US disabled Veteran. He already has a hard time being in loud noisy places. My husband said he didn't feel comfortable taking his shoes off. (Because his foot is missing toes from Iraq). He's very sensitive about it. My husband was very upset with how he was treated by the teenage boy. My shoes were taken off in the beginning so we weren't trying to bend any rules or be rude. About 10 minutes later, an adult woman walked straight up the stairs directly to my husband abruptly. She had blonde hair and was early 50s she told my husband it was company policy and he needed to remove his shoes. He told her he didn't feel comfortable removing shoes and we were just trying to watch our children. He said he was a disabled veteran, and that he was uncomfortable taking his shoes off. She asked us to get off the platform. All employees that work at the trampoline park on the trampolines and up on the platform all wear their own dirty shoes. I also counted 3 other other parents sitting around us with tennis shoes on.. We were the only ones asked to take our shoes off. My husband was completely mortified. He went and waited outside for me to round up the kids. We left early not using our entire house. This place is ran by teenagers who don't respect veterans. I understand it's policy but owning your own business and being in customer service, you have to know your audience. You don't treat adults like shit and talk to them like children. read more

The girl owner is actually the meanest person ever. She was very aggressive to me as i am a 16 year old (teenager) and I was kicked out for yelling. This is not the first time dealing with her either. She told us that we were close to getting kicked out for coming to ask her a question but we went "the wrong way" and once our parents came to talk to her about it she switched her whole attitude and was completely switching up. I am very un-happy with my experience. and also when we went up to go get our friends to leave she yelled for having shoes on when literally parents were up there with shoes on. she is very mean and old and I do not like her at all. everyone else is pretty cool though. Only place to party in town! Extremely organized and helpful staff. Joy (the owner) was amazing and interacted with both my birthday girls making them feel special! Even offering a fuzzy blanket to one of them who was feeling a little tired. Their Owner or manager,(I didn't catch her name but she had blonde hair and seemed to be running things there and her husband was there as well), I believe allowed us to use there party area for a bigger table and the group was kind enough to bring us our pizzas over! Levitate is great for ages 3-15. Tons of jump space, rock climbing, slide, and zip line. Pizza is great and they have Thrifty's ice cream (total throw back for parents). I will say I took high schoolers here and they became bored fast because there were too many younger kids jumping. Also, the music is a tad loud and not kid-friendly with cussing (I'm old, what can I say?). Overall, it's a fun place. With as a popular as it is for kids birthdays we elected not to get memberships and we still go at least once per month with all the birthdays. TIP: if you want to have your kids bday there and they don't want pizza and ice cream, or you want them to have the full time to jump, consider having the food and cake at either Panda or the mall food court next door. We did Panda as our kid doesn't like pizza and it was a blast being able to let the kids jump for the full time, then go have food and cake without the rush. read more

Took the kiddo and a friend for his birthday. Bought them each two hours jump time and some socks. They had a blast. I also ordered pizza. 1/2 pep and 1/2 cheese and a meat lovers. The worst customer service I have experience. I work with DCS to provide services for families in need. My job is to supervise and document interaction between parent and child in hopes of reunification. I am required to remain close enough to have audio and visual supervision at all times. I was approached by the teenage staff and was requesting to remove my shoes, and their policy is to have no shoes on the equipment. I explained my situation to the staff, informing them of my job task and that I would not be participating on any of the equipment. I was there only to supervise. The staff informed that they are unable to accommodate for the needs of the visit. My observation was that all the staff wore shoes at all times, even when active on the equipment and "called" them out on that fact, the teenage staff stated, "well I work here". I requested to speak with a supervisor to get clarity on the rules, but I was informed no one was available. I informed the teenage staff I would wait patiently until one arrived. Several minutes passed which an older lady, claiming to be the owner approached me (wearing shoes on the equipment) and expressed that I needed to remove my shoes. I attempted to gain clarity with the owner, but she informed me the reason for the policy doesn't matter and I was disrespectful towards her employees by "not following the rules." I attempted to be polite with her and explain my side and job tasks, but she acted as child and explained my side did not matter. She added that she doesn't like being called up when she was sleeping to come to her business to address my concern. I asked her why employees wore shoes, even on equipment but not okay for observers on the side to wear shoes. Her response was that of the same of the teenage staff, telling me more about their actions and of their childish and bullying behaviors towards paying customers and participating parties. I asked her "okay for me, but not for the?" which the owner smirked and replied, "yes". The owner never asked for me to leave, but we did so as I was unable to complete my work to supervise. The owner followed us around the facilty until we eventually departed. I have never experienced such childish, bullying or even tyrant behaviors from a company or owner. The owner didn't provide a chance to listen and accepted her policies as law. Would not return or recommend this establishment. I read a similar review with a disabled vet with missed toes and the owner was unable to understand or accommodate him either. It's sad to see company's not respect put military. read more
