I love that they have a host who manages reservations and phone calls, so everything runs smoothly. I also appreciate that they never reuse nail files or buffers, which makes the salon feel very clean and hygienic. This place has seriously gone downhill. After multiple visits and trying to give them the benefit of the doubt, I can honestly say the customer service is dismissive, rude, and unprofessional. I've repeatedly felt unwelcome and treated differently, and as a Black woman, that experience has been extremely uncomfortable. The inconsistent pricing, poor service, and lack of accountability are unacceptable. I've also continued to hear similar complaints from others, which makes me question whether my experiences were isolated. Save your time and money.
