Today I got the strawberry pound cake ice cream with whipping cream on top. It's not so sweet. It's perfect for me because I have to be in the moose for really sweet stuff. My wife got the chocolate ice cream with coco puffs and kit kats it's to sweet for my tase but it was good tho. From the moment we walked in we are greeted buy owner/worker. I explained to the guy that I wanted something with cheese cake but unfortunately they didn't have it. He recommended for me to have the strawberry pound cake one. As soon as you put the order in they get right to it and we only waited only about 3-5 min to get the ice cream. Very polite and professional both time iv gone. Let me start off saying the customer service is amazing. The owners really care about their customers and go above and beyond for them. We walked in and looked at the menu, there was quite a selection of toppings, sauces and flavors. My husband got one of the popular flavors, the number 1 (monkey madness). I made my own, the vanilla ice cream with Oreos and pocky. It tasted fresh and the store was so clean. I was impressed that they even used gloves when making the ice cream rolls. They are generous with portions even when it only costs $5.99 USD. They also allowed us to sample the cardamom popsicle with a sauce. My family was in town for the Cowboys game and wanted to visit an ice cream shop as it was our last day. My 3 year old and I went into the store and wasn't greeted at all. The young girl at the register was on her phone, which I believe to be the owners daughter. We never visited obviously and didn't know how to order. We went to the register and she just pointed at the menu on the board. Her mother I assume, an older lady came to the register, again no smile no greeting just odd judgemental looks against me. I paid and tipped, no thank you just rudeness. It took her forever to make our items and I wasn't impressed. This establishment needs to be trained to provide courtesy to their paying guests. So we're just driving along and BAM...out of nowhere we see lights as bright as the Vegas strip. They said they would serve only scooped ice cream (no rolled ice cream) I tried the Pann flavor thinking it was the asian flavor green leaf I was used to and no it was not.. not one of my favorite tastes so I decided to play it safe yet be a bit adventerous by getting one of their float drinks mango flavor. This will be long BUT WORTH IT... Are usually don't come up this way. I had to pick some thing up in Irving. I felt like ice cream, so I searched Google Maps. Let's Roll; came up. I've been replaced similar, so I figured why not. I walk in, the person working was on the phone, did not say hello welcome anything. Kept texting her whatever he was doing on the phone. When I went over to tell him what I wanted, he looked up and said the menu is over there and pointed to the wall. So I just quick looked at it. Figured out what I wanted, and then he met me at the register. I told him I paid. He looked displeased and when he saw that I did no tip. If I liked the service I would have given him cash. He then let me know after I paid, that it would take 10 minutes. Which I was fine with. I stood and watched him prep everything. He finished whatever he was doing on his phone. Did not wash his hands, did not put on gloves. Went to the bag which I can see the shelving in their items, I guess the one wall which I couldn't see the sink, but I knew it was a sink. He started grabbing things and such to prep the vanilla basic mix. He came back out grab the milk from a cooler again no gloves, still didn't wash hands. Opened it poured into a bucket. Turned around and grab what looked like a handheld blender, a larger version of what you would use to froth milk. He grabbed a package tried to ript it it didn't inc correctly, grabbed a scissors cut open the bag, and then place the scissors down on something. Then dump some other stuff in the same bucket. Started mixing it. Again this whole time grabbing the tools and everything with no gloves or washing his hands. Then he gets finished mixing, and pours that mixture into the sink from what I saw. Mind you no gloves and he grabbed the inside of the bucket where the liquid was. Not touching the liquid or the mixture for me getting ice cream, but still no gloves or washing hands. Then he reaches into the sink and emerges from it two pitchers full of what looks like vanilla something for the base to my Oreo Blast. Again. No gloves and still hasn't washed his hands. Comes out to the lobby and sets the pitchers down on cutting board behind where the instant cold freeze things where ice cream is made. Then goes back without gloves or washing hands again, a little metal or stainless steel container with utensils and tools, that aide in making ice cream on cold freeze thing. AGAIN NO GLOVES OR WASHING HANDS. sometime between prepping the liquid and coming out to lobby, he turned on freeze thing. At this point he was ready to start making it. NOW HE GETS GLOVES ON... BUT DOES NOT WASH HANDS. This entire time!!! Mind you, when I came in he had his phone in his hand. Didn't wash hands then nor the entire time. Gross. He also touched a screen for putting my order in! So got gloves on without washing his hands, grabbed a cookie, placed in the center of cold freeze thing. Turned around grabbed pitcher. Poured it over the cookie. Then started chopping and mixing it together. He did not talk to me or even try to start a conversation. Like I was a burden being there or something. I said I bet you get busy in the summer. All he said was yeah. Continued making it. Then rolled it and placed in the cup. Turned around to the cutting board. Grabbed another cookie broke it into pieces placed in cup. Then went to the back and grabbed a fresh pack of chocolate wafer cookies, went to ripe it opened and it didn't go as planned; huffed in frustration at that (not upset about that. We have all done that. I'm irritated that his entire attitude since I got there was that he didn't want me there or something. Like he much rather be anywhere else or I was bothering him). then went to the mysterious table of I-dont-know-if-it-is-clean-or-if-scissors-have-been-cross contaminated-or -not, that he set down before to open the powder mix or whatever it was to mix with milk; and used it to cut open the wafers package better; THEN SET THEM DOWN AGAIN instead of them being in the sink to be washed! Put that in the cup. Asked if I wanted syrup I said yes strawberry. Did that. Then handed it to me. Told me "spoons are right there". Then walked away with nothing else to say. Barely any words. Then there were two kids that came in and he never took off his gloves to work the register and put in their order. And I sat there and ate it he did not change gloves or wash his hands after touching the screen or doing my order. Granted they got the same thing I did, so there shouldn't of been any cross-contamination. But you still touch the screen with gloves that you're serving food. Absolutely unsanitary and disgusting. The table I chose to sit at once I got sat down and started eating our fingers smudges all over the table, and the floor was not clean either. Will not return. Do not recommend. Try at own risk. Did not use gloves to restock spoons (grabbed where mouth goes on) or cups. read more

Pretty good! VERY reasonable prices for such big portions! After probably 3 years of seeing videos of rolled ice cream on social media, I finally came across this little shop while walking home last week and decided to get some. They have about 8 different base flavors and let you choose as many toppings for free after the ice cream has been rolled. Half the fun is watching them make it, so I'm glad they have a glass counter display :) the only reason I'm docking them a star is because even though I have a major sweet-tooth the cream was definitely spiked with too much sugar, and it was a bit hard to keep eating it because it was just very strong. Might have also been because I hadn't had anything savory for a few hours, but it just seemed like they could have dialed it back about 6 notches. I got the strawberry cheesecake and it might have just been the additives they used for the "cake" part that did it, so I'm planning to go back to try their matcha and chocolate flavors in the future :) Also: I think I've seen this same shop on Uber Eats before, and have always wondered if the ice cream would survive the car ride. If you're wondering the same thing then the answer is yes-- it's frozen to a way lower degree fahrenheit than frozen yogurt or ice cream before it's rolled up, so would take way longer to melt. If you're debating ordering froyo versus rolled ice cream for delivery on a hot day in SF (being that most of our cars don't have air conditioning) this is a safer bet. read more

Needless to say, they were right: the yogurt drink is not too sweet, has lots of different textural components such as pistachios and noodles, and definitely refreshing.
