Fun to explore and experience the sights of Piedmont Park in Atlanta GA. It was fun fir the entire family

I had a very frustrating experience with Let's Roam. I would call this company scammers. I was charged for a monthly subscription that I did not sign up for. I emailed their support team and they said my purchase was triggered by clicking the "Buy Again & Save" option, which I know I did not click. I followed up by asking them for 1. System or event logs showing the exact action taken to authorize this charge, 2. The date/time, IP address, and device/browser associated with the alleged click, 3. Proof that the "Buy Again and Save" option was not pre-selected, automatically triggered, or presented in a misleading manner, and 4. An explanation for why no confirmation email or receipt was sent. They could not provide this information and forwarded my refund request to their billing team. I first contacted their support team on December 18, 2025 regarding the unauthorized charge. As of February 11, 2026, it was still not resolved. I had to follow up weekly just to get a response, and multiple times I received automated emails stating my case was "closed," forcing me to reopen it again and again. Each time I reached out, I was told they were "waiting on the billing team," but no actual progress was made. After nearly two months of back and forth with no resolution, I sent a final email clearly stating that if the refund was not processed within five business days, I would dispute the charge with my credit card company and consider sharing my experience publicly. Fourteen days passed with no refund and no meaningful response. I ultimately had to dispute the charge through my credit card issuer to get my money back. As for the service itself, the scavenger hunt questions were extremely basic and not challenging at all. It felt geared toward young children, despite being advertised for adults. For the price, I found it disappointing and not worth the cost. Between the unauthorized charge, the lack of resolution, and the underwhelming experience, I would not recommend Let's Roam. read more

Here's a polished, enthusiastic review you can use (great for Google, Yelp, or the Let's Roam site): A fantastic way to explore Chicago! We did the Let's Roam scavenger hunt around the Chicago Bean area, and it was an absolute blast. The hunt was fun, interactive, and surprisingly educational--we learned a lot about the city while exploring landmarks like Cloud Gate and the surrounding area. The challenges were well thought out, easy to follow, and kept everyone engaged without feeling rushed. It was the perfect mix of sightseeing, problem-solving, and light competition. Whether you're a tourist or a local who thinks they already know Chicago, this experience shows you the city in a fresh and entertaining way. Highly recommend Let's Roam for anyone looking for a unique, memorable activity--great for friends, couples, or even team outings. We had lots of fun and would definitely do another one! read more

We decided to try the Let's Roam scavenger hunt in downtown Fullerton and it was a great experience! The app was easy to use and the challenges were fun and engaging. We started our mission at Bootleggers Brewery, which was a perfect starting point. It's a really cool way to get some exercise while learning about the city's history and seeing some interesting spots we might have otherwise missed. The fact that our dog could join us made it even better! Definitely a unique and enjoyable way to spend an afternoon read more

Let's Roam - High five after completing a challenge - Scavenger Hunts Near Me - Denver, Colorado

Very fun active adventure for a date. Me and my fiancé really enjoyed ourselves and recommend going with a group.

Family fun! Questions were hard for kids, but just working g together and being outdoors made this a good time with family.

Avoid this company at all costs because what you'll get is money taken for tickets never purchased and endless emails to customer service that yields ZERO results. Scammer! Scammers! Scammers!I would leave a zero rating if that were an option. I had three friends visiting Scotland and decided a scavenger hunt may be a nice way for them to experience some of the sites offered. I found Let's Roam scavenger hunt and purchased 3 tickets for £28.83. Immediate regret when as I put the payment through the screen flashed and I was suddenly thanked for purchasing more tickets. How many? I couldn't tell you! Immediately my bank account debited for £56.31 plus the £28.83 for the three tickets. Immediate panic and knew something not right with this company. Went onto trustpilot reviews and had a read through other peoples experiences and immediately the penny dropped. Definite Scam! Reviews advising money taken, scavenger hunt details inaccurate and sketchy (apparently company owed by two teenagers in the USA) probably why the details for a scavenger hunt in the UK a bit dodgy. Within minutes of making the purchase and realising it was a scam, I immediately got in contact with Let's Roam advising them that I was unhappy, money taken, no receipt for my "extra" purchases and bad reviews which for me means AVOID. I let them know that I wanted my full refund of £85.14 as I wanted to put this bad experience behind me immediately and wanted no association with this company at all. Polite emails back about how my tickets could be passed on as gifts and I had 2 years in which to use them. Five emails later of me insisting I wanted my full refund to be told they would send my request across to their billing department who would assess the validity of my claim for a refund before they make the decision about whether or not to refund me and this process would take 5-10 working days. Two days later emails advising my case was now dealt with and being closed as resolved. I emailed again advising that this was not the case, I was still unhappy and £85.14 out of pocket. Told just their standard automated procedure to call back in 10 days if nothing done. What gets me is I'm still waiting for my full refund more than 15 days after purchase, reported to my banks fraud department but it seems these scammers are sneaky drawing out communication until you finally give up. These companies should not exist they are a slap in the face of hard-working customers, treating your money like their own. Please be WARNED: AVOID, AVOID,AVOID... save yourself the time and money. SHAME on you Let's Roam... you're bad business for the man in the street!!! read more

This was a really fun experience to get to know a city we are relatively new to. we never would have discovered some of these hidden gems.

The scavenger hunt does not offer directions to every place and there is no commentary to listen to. Very limited information about the sights. Better for group and team building than a tourist interested in learning the area. read more

So much fun! We found places we never would have found! Lots of great memories for us and our friends.

Here's a polished review of the Hipster's Haven scavenger hunt in Little Five Points, Atlanta--ideal for sharing as a date‑night testimonial on Google, Yelp, or social media: Hipster's Haven in Little Five Points - A Perfect Date‑Night Adventure My partner and I embarked on the Hipster's Haven scavenger hunt in Little Five Points and had an absolute blast! This self‑guided, app‑driven adventure led us through the neighborhood's most iconic and quirky locations--from The Vortex's familiar skull entrance to the art-covered walls of Junkman's Daughter and the historic Variety Playhouse. What truly stood out:    *   Fun, engaging challenges- We solved trivia, completed photo missions, and explored local landmarks. The app was intuitive and kept us laughing and competing for points.    *   Exploration meets discovery- Even as locals, we uncovered hidden street art and historic points we'd never noticed walking by before.    *   Perfect pacing- It took about 1.5-2 hours to walk the roughly 1.36-mile route, giving us plenty of time for puzzles, photos, and a cozy lunch break at The Vortex. Highlights along the route included:    *   The Vortex Bar & Grill's absurd and iconic entrance    *   Variety Playhouse's marquee and music legacy    *   Points Center Building's activist history    *   Jimmy Carter Presidential Library tucked within Little Five Points    *   Wrecking Bar Brewpub and vivid street art gems Why it makes a memorable date night:    *   Great balance of teamwork and playful competition    *   Photo challenges and trivia spark conversation and creativity    *   No reservations needed--just download the app and go on your own schedule    *   An excellent way to experience Little Five Points through art, history, and community charm Highly recommend this for couples looking for something different--a fun and interactive way to explore ATL, learn about its most eclectic neighborhood, and quirkily bond as a team. Would you like me to tailor it further--maybe for a specific platform or to mention a lunch or drinks stop recommendation like The Vortex or Wrecking Bar? read more
