While out in one of our favorite cities "Let's Roam" produced a new way to discover the area, while getting our steps in. The app was user friendly and the scavenger hunt was lots of fun.

Lots of fun for our family! We got to see and learn a lot about a town we've been to many times

This was a fun way to learn about Eureka Springs and some of the history. There are some kinks in the adventure, so be prepared to circumnavigate a little, but also be ready to have fun.

Recommend! Fun to have interactive hunt experience. Fun fact earn you extra points! The app is downloaded and you follow the navigation which takes you around the area for points. We did on family reunion as teams!

Awesome - so much fun - learned a lot and got great pics which I enjoyed the most! Never would have ever taken these pics without this Fun adventure! Can't wait for the next!!

Screenshot - A digital screenshot displays a shopping cart page for adventure books, showing a discounted activity book and a Year Of Scavenger Hunts book, with options to purchase or save.

I just ordered the scratch off date night book. As I was taking a screen shot my dog decided he wanted some love and I dropped the phone on accident. When I picked it up it was a a page that thanked me for an add on...I never ordered it. I obviously hit something when I grabbed the phone and it charged me $25.99 for a second book. I reached out to customer service and they told me it would take 7-10 days for someone from billing to reach out and start the refund. I'm not happy and in fact considering canceling the book I originally ordered. I'm guessing my finger hit that orange bar when I grabbed the phone from where it landed in the recliner. No confirmation that I really wanted it, no confirmation that I wanted to use the same card again...nothing. Just charged my card.

This was amazing for a family adventure! We had a blast despite the chilly weather in Austin!

Very interesting experience. Would love to have an interactive map with the app. One location was closed but we still took pics.

Fire, cute date idea, the lady loved it. Really forced us to explore and see attractions we otherwise wouldn't have.

Terrible experience for a virtual event hosted through them. I would not recommend them, find a smaller operation.

This is a unique experience that is great for friends, or work/organization team buildings. Bridget and Zach were our hosts and they were great! They explained everything really well. We were able to buy some very reasonably priced beer and wine before going in for our 1 hour game. The games themselves were quite fun. It's nice that they have other game options so the experience can look different every time. The only downside is having to pay for all the spots in advance-- understandable, but also challenging if someone cancels last minute. It's about $40/person before gratuity.

The games were already fun but his presence blew up the fun meter. Jordan and staff was 10/10. My coworkers and I attended GSBR as part of our Holiday Party. We drew color chips out of a hat to determine which team we would be on: red or blue. We then were led to a room with two large tables color coordinated and lights simulating a game show. NOTE: They sold drinks at the front and required you to purchase your drinks ahead of time before entering the room. The room had a small fridge to keep them cool. We played survey battle, match up wars, cups (not like you've seen) and more. Our team had a blast, cause we won. The blue team had fun too but wants a rematch. I'm sure we'll back for some redemption rounds.

Great to host a group event like ours. There were about 20+ designs including sleeve prints and pocket prints. We were allowed 2 designs per shirt. You can choose 2 large prints, in front, on the back, pocket or sleeves. You're the creation to your shirt. They offer t-shirts, long sleeves, tank tops, sweaters, even shorts! Screen printing isn't the only thing they're known for, but they served some good drinks and mocktails also. All the staff were attentive and very helpful with a bunch of veterans. I also appreciate that he gave me a full credit for what I had spent on the class to be able to try them again with another class. I am very pleased with this solution, and can only add that I suggest they prioritize training their customer service team to be more solutions oriented in the future, and to avoid simply not responding to their customers. This solution is what I was hoping for the whole time, just had to wait two months to get it. ------------------------- This service is a joke. You are better off booking with the venue hosting the cooking classes directly. I had purchased this class as a Christmas present for my partner and I. I chose an "Exciting Spanish Meal" after reviewing all of the options available. CozyMeal confirmed details numerous times before the class. When we arrived, we weren't cooking the meal that I had booked, it was actually a French meal (all of the components I had already cooked myself numerous times so this wasn't much of a class for me). I let the chef know we had signed up for a different class and he said it must be a glitch with the CozyMeal system, as that venue had the French class booked that night for months prior. I contacted CozyMeal customer service the next day and they said they were escalating my issue, whatever that means. I was shuffled around between three different customer service members, all saying they were waiting for an update. I didn't hear back for two weeks so I inquired again if there were any updates, they said they were still waiting. I contacted twice more for follow up after that, one a week after, one three weeks after, and still to this day have not received another email or any communication or "updates" from CozyMeal. My class was January 12th and it is now March 27th and I have not received any further communication from them. These classes are not cheap, I spent $89 per person for a class I did not sign up for, that was of no value to me at all. That is why I said book with the venue directly instead of CozyMeal, at least you will have peace of mind of where your money is getting spent, and won't get ignored by customer service after spending $180 on a class you have no idea if you will actually get to take.

Great time! If you can, book Chef Kelly Torres! She makes a great pasta and is very kind and…read morewelcoming.

The golf club and light bat didn't do much for us. You can put your phone in a provided holder to record the session which is nice. They play screamo music and you just go at it. The glassware was the most satisfying because it shattered so easily and beautifully. Appliances were a little more difficult to destroy. Also be careful if you are smashing something downwards towards the table (as opposed to forwards towards the wall). You can hurt your wrist, shoulder etc because the table will not give. Personally enjoyed the Alien one more as I felt the Ghostbusters one was repetitive in some parts. Experience: Instructions are clear. Good pacing and very engaging. Space: Space is good for two. Was running into each other with three people. I feel like it would be too crowded with 4+ people on certain game activities. It kinda got stuffy in the room after 30 minutes, so it would be nice if there were bigger fans on the ceiling, ventilating the air more. Drinks: Pricey. Basic alcoholic and non alcoholic option. Nothing super exciting. There's a drink holder shelf in the game rooms. Extra note: Cancellation policy is very stringent. We added two friends to our reservation on the day of the reservation and a few hours later, they couldn't make it due to a sudden medical reason. Even though these changes all happened on the day of, they would not make any exception. Only offered the option of rescheduling them in the future by emailing the manager.
