My favorite stand in the food hall. The food is incredibly fresh and you can tell they use top quality ingredients.

Trinity Tavern - 6 Honey BBQ Wings

Had a lay-over at DFW, so decided to meet up with an old Marine buddy. Trinity was convenient to…read morethe hotel. So glad. It is a classic bar hong-out like we remember in the 80's-90's. Beer by the bottle or tap. Nice selection of spirits. A great relationship with the pizza place adjacent to order bar food. Games & plenty of TVs. And, at least his night, very pretty bartenders. Absolutely where I'll be going next time I have a night to kill before a flight.

Lets talk about Jules…read more I have never in my life been so appalled by the sheer level of unprofessionalism, ignorance, and outright disrespect displayed by staff at any establishment. As an African American customer, I was horrified to find that my tab was racially labeled by one of the bartenders - Jules - in an attempt to either belittle or stereotype me in the most distasteful way. Let me be clear: I was simply minding my business, ordering drinks in a polite and friendly manner, not causing a single issue. At no point did I interact with this bartender in any way that could possibly warrant such vile behavior. To make matters worse, after I had ordered drinks, I was preparing to leave a tip - even showed her as we had this conversation - this was until I witnessed the bartender walk off and engage in a conversation with her counterpart, all while making a mockery of me in front of the entire bar. It was as if she wanted everyone around me to see her blatant disregard for professionalism and decency. At that moment, any hope I had of maintaining even a modicum of faith in this establishment evaporated. Let's be clear: I was simply a paying customer who did exactly what any patron should do - order drinks and enjoy my evening. And yet, instead of being treated with the basic level of respect and courtesy that every customer deserves, I was reduced to a stereotype and humiliated publicly by staff who clearly had no concept of how to perform their job in a way that fosters inclusivity, professionalism, or simple human decency. She labeled my ticket inappropriately. When I asked what the B stood for she said 'oh i just picked a letter' then she said ' the computer does it automatically so I said 'oh - i'm just asking- and she yells to the bar- 'why are you offended' - and then laughed. I told her I was offended. She then shrugged and walked off. To say this experience was disappointing is an understatement. It was hurtful and insulting on a deeply personal level. I have frequented many bars and restaurants, and I can confidently say that I have never been made to feel more unwelcome, disregarded, or uncomfortable in any social setting, let alone one that is supposedly meant to be a place for fun and relaxation. It's 2025, and the fact that this kind of blatant racial insensitivity is still happening at an establishment like this is nothing short of appalling. If this is how they treat paying customers, I can't even begin to imagine how they handle matters behind the scenes. For anyone reading this, I would strongly advise you to steer clear of this bar unless you want to risk being subjected to the same toxic environment of racism and unprofessionalism that I had the unfortunate displeasure of experiencing. I left without finishing my drink or my food. This wasn't a misunderstanding. This was intentional. And it was disgusting. I will never return to Trinity Tavern in Fort Worth, Texas. And to the owners - if ya'll even read these - do not reach out to me. I have the receipt to prove the interaction.

While I wasn't in town for this, I knew I had to add it to my food tour. I initially came here at 10am becuase that's what their website and the doors said, but they didn't open until 11 multiple days in a row, which was disappointing. I went nearby to get a coffee and when I came back they were very busy, so I guess everyone knew the correct hours except me. It's been so long since I've had this I didn't even remember what I used to like so I went with 2 of their classics. Ham & Cheese original, and a Deluxe Original. Sweet, savory Ham. Airy soft bread, perfect bites. The deluxe add roast beef was a bit more to handle, but ultimately very deluxe with the roast beef (closer to North Shore than Arbys), great ham, and the salami is a nice touch. I remember not liking the olives that much back in the day, but I liked how it melted into the cheese and with a more mature palate (20 years later) I really enjoyed it. After all these years I still can not place the secret sauce (very mayo, mustard, tangy, could use some sweetness since I know they already have mustard). Washed red onions, thing crunchy shredduce. I wish the tomato was salted. It wasn't hot enough to go strawberry lemonade or sweet tea, but the fountain drink was well mixed and carbonated. Service was a little slow, especially making my pecanbon which was excellent. I also took a 6 pack to go. I can see myself coming here regularly if I lived here becuase they defintiely left a hole in the sandwich game in California.

Really good location, and I do love me some Schlotzky's. Very clean and orderly in here, tidy…read more Service was very nice, food was quick enough and really good. The refill center was very well stocked, although the fountain itself could use a bit of a replacement. Anyway, not near home for me, but would come back when I'm in the area.
