The flavor is top notch, added some cherry peppers to spice it up just right, bell peppers & onions are standard. Took it to go, drove about 20 minutes to where I needed to be, the aroma was teasing me, the concern of the sandwich being cold or soggy rang in my mind while driving the 17 to the 10.. I was nervous, anxious & salivating.... Opening the togo container to see the glorious sandwich! I'm used to a pickle with that crisp, juicy snap and strong briny flavor, and these were softer and didn't have much of that traditional pickled taste. The fries were also cut very thick, which may be their particular style, but they weren't my favorite. As far as service, my server was meh, At one point I had to get coffee refills from other servers because my server seemed to disappear at times and didn't quite check up on me. It wasn't terrible, but it definitely took away from the overall experience. I will say, I know I may have a higher bar than most when it comes to pastrami.
