My daughter is on the shy side and he's able to make her feel comfortable and he is excellent with kids! There's one receptionist, Sela. Very friendly and accommodating. She will work with you to help you with your scheduling or any conflicts. She's sweet. We are currently mid-way through our second package, and she's doing so well! My counselor, Vanessa Sanchez worked at Eastside and she always encouraged me to keep working hard and to keep pursuing my dreams. He said my ticked reflected as dismissed so I'm just wasting my time (stayed half day.) Well my ticked was NOT dismissed so I try to make it the last half of the class on a Wednesday (scheduled over the phine and) hire a babysitter and cancel all plans. Whell I show up and there was no class due to the instructo being sick (not my fault) The. I show up again on Saturday 15 minutes late for the last half of the class (canceled all plans again) and he does not let me finish the class. So I ask for a refund and he laughs it off and says he can't do it. He will it even acknowledge that on Wednesday I spent babysitting money and that I couldn't finish the class because HE was sick. Jorge is a very patient person and was very clear on instructions, he understood my hearing issue and took extra time out of his day to make sure I was fit to drive in traffic, I took his course and I recommend it to any learning driver. Jorge took me the to the various routes the DMV in Montebello takes their drivers through, and made me repeat them until memorization to ensure I'd pass the drivers test without worry of the route. I've read a review that shames the business so please ignore that negativity, I can assure you firsthand Jorge follows COVID precautions and ensures the safety of the student, especially inexperienced drivers as he helps maintain control of the vehicle. I've gotten my license thanks to the lessons and I have to say, I greatly appreciate the opportunity Jorge gave me to become a better driver. A solid 5 star business no questions asked.
