The owner actually had Elsa and Anna come in 12/22 around 1:30 which was a great surprise as we were leaving but the lady worker told us to stay for the surprise. When I went to use the membership for the first time, I arrived with my two sons after checking the business hours on Facebook and Instagram. When we got there, a man was doing maintenance on the playground and told us it would be about an hour before we could enter. My son, who has autism, was understandably upset, so I took him next door to the pet store to help distract him while we waited. After an hour, we returned--only to be told it would be another 30 minutes. At that point, I asked if my sons' memberships were active through Regional Center. The employee flipped through a notebook and couldn't even locate one of my son's memberships. We left because my son's patience was gone, which is directly related to his autism. This entire experience left a very sour taste. If a business offers social recreation services through Regional Center, accurate hours and organized membership records are essential. What's even more upsetting is that I later discovered Regional Center was charged for six months of membership, even though we never attended or used the membership at all. I never signed a contract agreeing to ongoing charges. I also received a text stating the membership would not be active if we didn't attend--yet they still billed Regional Center. Also, never extended services. Between the inaccurate hours, lack of accommodation, disorganization, and billing issues, I would not recommend this business to Regional Center families.

Before the class starts, the instructor gives a clear demo, and throughout the session, there are screens showing techniques step-by-step, so kids can comfortably follow along and adapt at their own pace. Nothing feels difficult or intimidating. The instructor quietly walks around, making sure each child has what they need and offering support without interrupting their creative flow. They're attentive, calm, and truly professional. The pricing is a bit on the higher side, but totally worth it for the quality of instruction and support. Check for promotions or deals. Overall, it's a relaxed, well-organized space where kids can enjoy creating freely and parents can feel at ease. We had such a great experience and would definitely come back

They spend about 5 minutes going over some rules, and then it's just up to the kids to throw paint on the canvas. As expected, most kids put way too much paint on, so it ends up just being a dirty color blob of paint on the canvas. I wish that they spent a few minutes giving the kids ideas on what to do and tips for what looks good. However, there was none of that....

Our kids ages 2 to 7 all had a great time! There was so much to do, from walking through the river and doing water play, to sand play in the pretend lake, to crafts (that we didn't have time for), to climbing equipment, and building/engineering/physics activities. Plenty of things to do both indoor and outdoor. The physics section is great for older kids too, even middle school (but the rest of the museum is definitely geared to elementary).

Outside, there are two adjacent outdoor kid's playgrounds. Near the entrance they have juice and fruit vendors and a balloonist. Entry fee is very reasonable at under $50 for family of three with in-and-out privileges. Inside the museum, its like 80% outdoor exhibits and 20% indoor. They have an onsite cafe and food vendors throughout. The outdoor exhibits has a park area dedicated to physics. You'll see fans, pulleys, etc. to help your child appreciate scientific concepts while having fun. They also have tie-dye stations, climbing structures, tricycle race tracks, live music, and my son's favorites - the sandbox and pretend farmer's market and veggie patch. I noted lots of friendly staff dressed as camp rangers working with the kids and maintaining order with a smile, which is huge. Inside the buildings, you'll see traditional kid activities like toy trains, quiet reading areas, legos, and even more climbing structures. Looking forward to coming back next time we're in the area. The in-and-out policy is nice since they have lots of nearby offsite restaurants in nearby Old Pasadena.

There's parking in the back and also street parking. Pricing wasn't too bad considering I think they play here for a couple of hours so it's good they don't charge by the hour(s). Also, you get a discount for the 2nd child. The place has a lot of space compared to the other playgrounds around here. From slides to balls to pretend stores and make up, there's a section for all ages which is pretty neat. First room has a play area for toddlers while the opposite side has a slide and maze for school aged kids. Then there's the other bigger room with a trampoline, basketball hoops and maze. Adults can hang out at the tables or sofas while their kids roam around. Place seems pretty secure but could use a better lock control at the front. Otherwise, place is great to bring your kids to have fun and get out of the house for a bit.

Ball pits, trampolines, slides and many more engaging things wait for your kiddos. I have taken my 19-month son here twice and he loves it every time. It is $35 for 2 hours on the weekend, and unlimited time on the weekdays. Since they host birthday parties, check their yelp or call to see if they are open on the weekends. One thing I like is about Wonderland is that I can bring my coffee or outside food/drinks while I watch my son play. Socks are worn in the play areas at all times. One piece of advice for adults, bring your exercise clothes because you will be warm going through the play areas with your young ones. If your child needs a space to expend energy, I would recommend bringing him/her here!

I was really upset because of a Dad and his little girl, must have been 7, 8 years old we're in the toddler area. The girl had an accident inside the ball pit and I overheard the Dad scolding her for peeing, but didn't inform anybody that she even had an accident. My son was in the ball pit when this happened, and I noticed that there were wet footprints on the floor and on the edge of the pit. I grabbed the spray that they had and sprayed the area down, not thinking anything of it. One of the staff noticed that I did that and right away brought towels and sprays to clean the area and another staff member came over and asked me to take my son out because they were spraying chemicals in the pit area to sanitize. When I took him out, he was completely covered in pee all over the back of his shirt & shorts. My son wears diapers so I know it wasn't him. I was really upset, and I told the staff, I went to go talk to the manager about it, and they fully refunded me for the time that I was there. My kids were upset cause we had to leave early, we were 35- 40 minutes in & the guy in the front gave them lollipops, with my approval, to help me calm them. The staff there is amazing and on it about Cleaning and sanitizing everything. They shut the whole toddler section down just so they can sanitize the entire area. As far as that, Dad, it's extremely disgusting that he tried leaving without saying anything to anybody. Accidents happen that I understand but keeping it to yourself and then trying to leave without informing staff is beyond me.

Would like to inform you that I will be filing a police report because I had my iPad stolen at your place of business. We were told we could not bring our personal belongings in and would have to leave it with stroller in the front of your store. When I returned to my car realized my iPad was gone. Not sure if this was an inside job or if this is a common occurrence at your place of business but I will most definitely not be returning and will advise friends and relatives of the potential theft going on at your place of business. Your employees are more concerned and watchful over whether you put outside food in your mouth over making sure you don't go over your paid time or customers coming in smelling like they smoked weed in the parking lot.

Perfect for younger kids. Parking was probably the only downside. Since you park in the main park area, it was pretty packed with baseball games and birthday parties going on. If you're going mid-afternoon, just be prepared to circle a bit for a spot. Pro tip: get the Groupon! We grabbed a family 4-pack for only $13 way cheaper than paying at the gate, which made it feel like a really good deal. As for activities, pony rides were $10 and the tractor ride was $12. My nephew skipped the ponies but loved the tractor ride. Feeding the animals costs a couple bucks ($2-$3 for pellets), but just keep in mind you can only feed the llamas, goats, and one pony. Still fun though! He also got to interact with a chicken, which he thought was super cool. Overall, it's a cute, simple spot for a quick outing with kids. Just go in knowing it's small and plan ahead for parking, and you'll have a great time!
