The install manager blocked my driveway while my family was trying to leave, then refused to move/back out so we could get out. If you buy here, make sure you get clear accountability on who is responsible for installation behavior, escalation, and completion, because that part was unacceptable.

The Bullfrog Spa was delivered six months after the purchased date. Delivery was smooth. Install was quick and professional. Staff from the Factory Store were helpful. We have had the spa for a little over two weeks now and we are happy with the purchase. It is working exactly as expected. We would totally recommend this spa with the caveat that delivery date needs to be clearly defined to set expectations.

We found the company still had our original plans from 1999, which made the entire process so much easier. Designer, Erich Mack, was the first to respond and gave us a quote and recommendations. He was very professional and thorough. When we went to the design center, met with Erich, and he assisted us in choosing our pebble tec, tile for the pool remodel. He made excellent suggestions and turned out beautifully. Next, we met Stephen Dreher, who was our construction superintendent. Stephen worked with us every step of the way and and answered any and all questions and concerns we had. To put it simply, he was awesome. Our hardscape superintendents, Ron and Alan, also made excellent suggestions on how to landscape the perimeter of the pool. We want to thank them for their insight and expertise on their design ideas. We decided to go with flagstone all around the pool and spa. The landscape crew included brothers Rueben and Randy, and what an excellent installation they did with the flagstone. Amazing. Last but not least was our coordinator and scheduler, Leann. She worked with us every step of the way. Leann constantly kept us informed and updated as the process continued. We always knew what was happening and when. Overall, the entire experience with California Pool & Landscape was seamless, and efficient. Great management and great crew…read more Had a pool pump stop working, and my normal pool guy immediately blamed a failed motor in the pump, despite it only being 2 years old and gave me a large quote to replace. I called Pelican for a second opinion and rather than just push new hardware, they did their due diligence to pinpoint the problem.They figured out that not enough power was being supplied to the pool panel and it ended being a bad breaker that was supplying too little voltage for the pump to operate. One new breaker later and I am back up and running. Thanks Pelican for being good people and not just pushing products.
