The technician did not perform a full tear‑down cleaning of my DE filter. When I asked about it, he told me it wasn't included in the $355 closing fee and would cost an additional $150. I mentioned that my previous company, Pool World, charged a similar price and included the DE cleaning. His response was, "Well you should have stayed with your previous company," which was unprofessional and unnecessary. I later called ADD-ON POOLS to express my concern, not looking for anything in return, but simply to make them aware of the interaction. The person on the phone dismissed my concern and essentially called me a liar, insisting the technician would never say that. This was my first and last time using ADD-ON POOLS.
