I have never purchased a hot tub before and had no idea how the process worked. Cameron came out to the house to advise me on the whole process, where the best spot for the hot tub to go, how the electrical works, and DIDN'T TRY TO UPSELL ME. It's really important to me that I gave Cameron my budget and lifestyle and he helped me select exactly the hot tub I needed and didn't try to get me to buy one outside my budget. He also stayed in contact with me through the whole process, was my direct point of contact from beginning to end, and I had a perfectly working hot tub installed in less than 2 weeks! I was given full instructions on how to take care of my hot tub in an easy and clear way. My spa has been a lifesaver, and Cameron/Southwest couldn't have been any more helpful in the whole process. I feel like a hot tub expert now. I'm a customer for life!

The day of my appt I realized the power had blown to my backyard and the service tech would not be able to test the tub without it! I called to cancel and they were very gracious saying they would reschedule the following Monday so I could have time to get things fixed. Apparently they did not update the tech because he showed up on time a few hours later. When I explained to him that I had to cancel and why he said he would still come in back to take a look at make and model etc- no extra charge! When he came back on Monday (same guy) I felt he was very honest and upfront about what needed to be done and whether I should do refurbished equipment or new (they offer this!). If you need a repair please call these guys. They are definitely honesty and looking to give the best service as possible.

Tech said the pump didn't need to be replaced and that was good because those were like $150 - it was two gate valves that had failed, so this would be "a lot less". Would definitely not recommend them to anyone - too many other places and people who will deal fairly.

Numerous mistakes by technicians with weekly service including dumping so much soda ash in the pool that we couldn't see the bottom literally a week after being told how great our pool water was. Now I got an email that I have a service call scheduled that I NEVER requested. I had mentioned that my pump wasn't working but NEVER asked them to do anything about it. All I ever get is excuses about new technicians or other stuff.

We bought a Marquis Crown Epic (delivered Feb 2023) and dealt with repeated leaks and failed parts (lights/speakers/MicroSilk pump). After several "fixes," problems kept returning. The spa came back from their shop on 9/18/25 and immediately leaked 8-10 inches/day. The next day they said they're no longer a Marquis dealer, told us to contact the manufacturer, and refused to engage further. Over 2+ years, the spa was in reliable working condition for only about half the time. With inconsistent communication and repairs that didn't hold, we can't recommend this dealer. We're now pursuing a full warranty remedy with the manufacturer.

After calling and setting up an appointment, David Newland came out the next day with a detailed folder that included both packages. I confirmed that I wanted the $34,750 option, and asked him to send me a quote based on that package after measuring my backyard. I understood there would be some additional costs, such as excavation and fees for limited access through a standard residential gate that 99% of homes have which roughly adds 1-2k max. However, the final quote came in at $47,000--far exceeding the advertised package price. In my view, this felt like false advertising and was a major waste of time. I strongly encourage others to be cautious and do their research before committing. My experience was disappointing.be prepared to see a quotes 8-12k more than their advertised numbers .i do have photos of advertised pricing .

My complaint is with the new pricing... They did increase the cost of the cleaning which I can appreciate as everyone is raising prices and if that had been all, would still be using them. What grinds my gears is the added $75.00 trip charge now in place. They did several hot tubes in my area and each of us paid the trip charge. So, they made an extra $150.00+ or more on the same trip. To me this almost price gouging. All of use where within 10 miles of each other, we are only 33.2 miles from the office. They have to drive farther to north Phoenix. Anyway, found someone local who is half the costs for the same service.
