Well I found out today that Michael Miller sold the company a year ago to a corporation out of Dallas. Before they were responsive and cared about the customer. Now it is hard to get anyone on the line, and no one calls back if you leave a message. Very disappointing to see a once good company get run into the ground by bad corporate management. Honestly, I like to work with a company and stick with that company, but I won't stay if I am no longer valued as a customer.

Additionally, she charged my credit card without ever contacting me to know the balance. I never got an invoice and it was way more than I discussed with Jeremy who gave me a heads up of the cost. When I called to discuss, again, haughty attitude, and the owners/managers of the store were gone by 3:50 pm....right-o! Based on this, I could not recommend. Looking at reviews now, I say you have less than 50% average of being less than happy with this business. Esmerelda needs to go back to kindergarten where they actually have more manners and business savvy than she has. And it looks like the only people that gave them 5 Stars are sauna buyers....the day will be coming when their experience with them differs most likely. The entire experience counts however when businesses only care about the money coming in, my experience is the norm for these type of people.

After meeting with several local pool contractors for construction in The Heights, we chose to work…read morewith Peak Pools and Spas primarily due to the trust we felt from the first discussion with the co-owner, Ben. He took his time walking us through the process (first time pool owners), never tried to upsell with high pressure tactics, and was objective in describing pros/cons of various options. Once the permit was approved, Ben's teams worked quickly and without any issue (or major unforeseen expenses). I really valued having Ben as a point of contact for any questions that we had, and even after the project closed, he was quick to follow up and support any outstanding topics that I brought his way. Claudia and Ben are an absolute pleasure to work with, and I would highly recommend Peak Pools and Spas to anyone looking to get started.

We selected Peak Pools because of their timeliness of response, thoroughness in estimate and honest approach of utilizing what we wanted in a pool, rather than inflating price with extra features. This is truly a family business and it shows in the quality of their project, past referral responses & their willingness to make their customer satisfied. We highly recommend Peak Pools - their finished product has made our backyard experience a joy
