Still the continued great service from some of the hardest-working and friendliest guys in the SE part of Houston. Two of my friends have been using them for many years and even one of my former neighbors used them for a long time till they moved out of Houston. The pool areas always look like paradise after these guys are through working. Here's just a sample of some of the projects they do for my friends: ~ repairs on leaks, filter grids, heater ~ annual filter cleaning ~ pressure wash and seal stone around pool ~ pool inspection and monthly maintenance ~ pool cleaning (my friends trust them & have them service the pool even while they are out-of-town) Disclosure: My two pool owner friends do not have Yelp accounts, so I am typing this on their behalf.

He took time to drive out to their house only to discover that it was just a tripped breaker! He gave us lot's of good advice and did not charge me to reset that breaker ;) This time it was the Polaris and while a little more in depth than the first time the rate was fair and he was extremely prompt and forthcoming - all along trying to save me money! I would absolutely recommend Freedom Pool service and I will definitely call him again when my parents are out of town because clearly I am not a very good house sitter! :)

The owner Mark is a scam salesman and will charge you for any little thing. His work is not good and his attitude is terrible. He yells and curses at his workers so you and your neighbors can hear him clearly. He left electrical lines popping out of my yard and installed a broken underwater light that I now have to pay someone else to fix. He left my breaker box torn apart and didnt install my pool timer correctly so my pool is constantly running. I purchased this pool thinking I got a great deal but walked away spending close to 9K after getting suckered. Please ask several questions before using him if Keylime pools keeps using him as their contractor. Also FYI the pool install does NOT include chemicals. John gives you a start up kit with your pool but his contractor Mark will charge you 120 to have his worker put it in your pool. Im sure there are people that can put their own chemicals in the pool but for someone like me that knows nothing about chemicals I thought that was part of the package. Its like buying a car with no wheels for me. lol!
