I have has numerous issues with their billing, can not ever reach anyone to talk to, they never return email or calls. From several different people who have been to my house to perform the cleaning and up-charging for additional chlorine, in addition to breaking the chlorine tab holder that leaked for 3 months. First time that I couldn't get our pool water clear so I called various places and they said we were out of their service area, said they would call back, didn't return my calls or texts, every excuse in the book. Then I called Diamond H Pools on Tuesday and left a message. Early Wednesday morning I get a return call asking how they can be of service and I told them my problem and someone was out to our place before noon. Took care of replacing the sand in our filter and flushing everything out and was finished in less than an hour. Damien was a pure professional and very cordial and a joy to visit with. Do not recommend this company! Had a pool put in July 2023 if it wasn't one thing it was another, everything seemed to go ok in the beginning with the dig and putting the pool together as we had our pool buried half way in the ground then came time for the deck build and these guys he used were ok but didn't seem to be that knowledgeable bc there were alot of mistakes that had to be fixed and redone, one headache after another tbh, then got set up for weekly pool maintenance and cleaning, the lady that came out Denise was great we loved her, she definitely knew how to do her job very well abd didnt have to recheck anything our pool was always clear and sparkling clean. Something happened, im sure it had something to do with Mark the owner n operator, but she left and went else where so another guy came in and he seemed to do ok but we were never told about Denise leaving and they were sending someone else but little did we know this person was just a temporary fill in so he came for a couple of weeks then another young guy started coming after that he did not know alot apparently about pools very inexperienced dudnt know how our pool pump worked didnt backwash it put chlorine tabs in our skimmer basket instead of the pump area it was supposed to go, we have an ionizer pump, so we had to micromanage everything he did or didnt do, he would come then send a pool cleaning summary and would list things he did like sweeping it down vacuum adding whatever chemicals he needed too backwashed emptied basket but the funny part is was mist if the time i was home and i would watch everything he would do or not do and we have several cameras recording several times he did not backwash or vacuum and they wanted ys to pay for the full price of service that was only half assed done ?? No that was wrong....we had several complaints about this guy and instead of replacing him with someone more experienced Mark says he will refund the last 2 wks of what we paid, whuch we inly got 1 week refunded and take us off the list ?? Really wth..so he would much rather lose a customer than to try and find a comprise to the problem at hand ok fine whatever no apologies were made or anything...very unprofessional, customer service skills definitely lacked, he hires drug users that he claims he rehabilitated and giving a chance to only relapse again. Very disappointing n unhappy with his service it was one issue after another and if i can help another person to not go through all the mess we did i will so beware of him and this company!!!!! read more

We used Mark for our pool installation and then again about a month later to add a large 2 tier deck. He was upfront with his pricing which did include some upgrades like underground wiring, a dedicated breaker, and hard piping the pool. The additonal charges were stated clearly before we agreed to move forward. His guys worked hard and stayed late to get he project done. I had a few issues arise but they were minor and mainly from settling, he addressed them immediately and we are very happy with the end results. Diamond H Pools owner Mark is a joke. Single women BEWARE! He would sell you the paper he wrote his charges on if he could. Let me explain. I purchased my 24ft Trevi pool from Keylime Pools in Baytown and they contract Mark to build the pool. The pool cost me $3,900 plus tax. Me thinking I got such a great deal I called Mark to set up my pool install. He told me that he would start my pool on a Friday and be done by Sunday. When he showed up the selling began. Shame on me for being blind to all his gimmicks but I was because I dont know much about above ground pools. So he charged me the $900 for the install, which I was aware of, then he went on to say that the flexi pipe that came with the pool is not good and would wear and tear fast and that I should buy the hard pipe instead for $250. Then after the pool was up and you could clearly see the sand and bricks underneath he asks if I wanted a bed of rocks around to make it look nice...well of course you dont want it to look like crap with sand and bricks showing so I said yes and then he charges $1,500! After that he said if I wanted the electrical line to run through my back yard, which was of course dangerous, or he could dig it so it was underground and not noticeable, well of course again I said yes for safety reasons and then he charged $450 for materials and $550 for labor (which was BS because I could clearly see the electrical line popping out of the grass). I wish I could say that was all but theres more. He asked me if I wanted an underwater light that changed colors and I said yes thinking it was going to be about a hundred or so, nope it was $240 and the light still does NOT work! Oh and a big thing that I wasnt aware that everyone should know is that the 900 for the install only covers Marks workers to put the pool together and thats it!! If you want chemicals to even use the pool its $120. Its like buying car with no wheels lol! One more thing be careful if you have small children in your home while he is on site with his workers. He curses at the guys and yells like he has a microphone. At first I didnt understand how this man was still in business after the terrible job he did on my pool but then when I looked online I saw very little reviews about his service so thats why I wanted to let everyone know before they get scammed into thinking they were just going to pay the 4-5K for the above ground pool and then walk away paying 10K for a pool that is probably going to fall apart in a year. My pool light dont work, my electrical lines are popping out from my grass, his chemical guy left my breaker box all apart and my timer was never set so my pool is running constantly. I text him several times and he states he is coming to fix it and never does. Instead he starts other pool installs before finishing. He clearly does not care about his customers and the reputation he is making for himself. I end up hiring someone else to help me finish the job he could care less to finish and told him I didnt want him to touch anything else on my property. read more
