Following termination, the company texted they would send a refund for the month that was never started, but instead pocketed the money and refused to send it! There are literally pages of pool services to choose from and took us 10 minutes to find another. Use these guys at your own risk--but I'd take the time to interview a few and avoid this dishonest and low-quality pool service company.
