I was so worried we were going to have to drain and refill the pool, but Kaleb did an awesome job and was able to quickly fix our problem before it got any worse! We hired them on for monthly service (since we weren't doing the best at maintenance) and they just keep impressing me! Kaleb has kindly helped me with minor repairs and maintenance on the pool that is above and beyond what I expect from a monthly pool service. This company is great and we will definitely be keeping them around! Highly recommended!

If I could give zero stars I would! CK Pools damaged my pool heater equipment by improper balancing…read moreand causing corrosion inside and then acknowledged fault, and then completely failed to make it right. Despite already accepting responsibility, they refused to refund or properly replace the heater they damaged. After weeks of back-and-forth, delays, and excuses, they finally offered to replace it -- but with a cheaper, off-brand heater, not the brand and quality of the original equipment they broke. To make matters worse, their chemical mismanagement caused extremely high alkalinity, which resulted in guests' hair turning green -- a clear sign of improper water balance and potentially damaging to skin and hair. This is especially alarming for anyone who hosts guests or values safety. The lack of accountability, professionalism, and urgency throughout this process has been exhausting and IS STILL NOT RESOLVED. This happend in August! If you value your equipment, your guests, or your peace of mind: RUN. I would never trust CK Pools again and strongly caution anyone considering their services.

He came to check on our issue within one day. He has already taken care of our issue and taken out our dead heater and has (at our request) converted our pool to exclude a heater, cap off our gas connection and make our pool a non-heated pool. Pricing was reasonable and what stood out the most to us was Jorge's professionalism and superb customer service that we didn't get right off the bat from some of the other companies. Jorge was very transparent about the whole process from the get go, promptly answered all of my questions (and trust me, I had A LOT!) at any given time or day, listened to my concerns, worked within my budget and never once tried to up-sell on any services or additions. Not only that, he and his team WENT ABOVE & BEYOND to do additional thoughtful touches to our pool/pump without even charging us for it! What surprised me the most was when I learned he was working on multiple new pool builds/other remodels during our renovation yet he never gave the impression that he was too busy for us. I really thought we were his only pool project at one point because that's just how attentive Jorge is to you as his client! The renovation was completed in the timeframe he quoted which was around 10-12 days and that included new plaster, tiles, coping, sundeck, and patio decking. We had a slight mishap with the stamped concrete people (diff vendor) but we could tell Jorge genuinely cared about what happened and tried his best to help resolve the issues even though the mishap wasn't caused by his team. It was then that I knew we would soon become loyal clients of Americana Pool and at the completion of our remodel... we decided to switch over to them for our weekly pool maintenance services as well! Overall, we had a great experience with Americana Pool Services and would highly recommended them to anyone! You can tell Jorge has a passion for all things pool related and loves what he does.... because it surely shows! Thanks Jorge & the Americana Pool team for bringing our dated pool back to life!
