    Javier Was scheduled to come out to give us an estimate for gutters on two different occasions and never text or called finally I sent him a message and said please don't come out we don't do business with companies that have customer service like this.

    Shopped for a gutter company and Javier came over to have a look within a day of our phone call. Quote was within our budget and lower than other competing quotes. Based on other yelp reviewers, and talking to Javier, we went ahead with his company. Upon confirmation, he arranged a date mutual to both of us and gotten everything installed within a few hours as promised. Everything looks great and can't wait for it to rain to see it in action. If you are looking to add gutters, you can't go wrong with them :)

    Gutter sag from water retention.  Gutter has pulled away from structure.  No help from owner.

    After accepting a bid on gutters for my home in August or September 2019, the workers arrived promptly for the job. Prior to this, the owner was very responsive to my calls about the job. Once complete I noticed an area on the front of my house that the gutter appeared to sag. I was told that the gutters were installed intentionally to drain properly. Reluctantly, I accepted the explanation because I had a contract that guaranteed the workmanship. BIG MISTAKE. Water collected in the corner and the weight caused the gutter to sag even more. The owner then tried to say that it was because my house foundation has settled in the front. Broken promises, ignoring of my calls, and several fail to show by the techs occurred over the next several months. I finally went to the address for the company and just happened to catch the owner at the location that was vacant. He finally sent someone out and they installed another downspout that drained 5 feet from my front door. 3 months have passed and the owner has failed to show up on two occasions to resolve the issue. Finally had to pay another gutter guy to come fix work that was supposed to be guaranteed. I was told by two professionals that the causation of poor draining was due to poor installation. My next step is to write the Better Business Bureau and try to prevent anyone from having to go through this again. I regret trying to save money and not hiring a reputable company. I should have known better when I got this guys number off of a sign stapled to a telephone/power pole. His "guarantee" and "warranty " is worthless.

    Can't see too well but those are gutters.

Brother's that do just gutters company representatives (Marcus and Eli) came to our house and provided an estimate for gutters, soffit repairs, and painting of fascia on our house. It was a fair estimate at around $5,000. The owner, Marcus, assured us he could paint the fascia after installing the gutters and repairing the soffit in several areas. He also verbally told us he was going to paint the soffit as well, but this was not in the contract. They require you to pay half before any work is done, then they are supposed to charge you after they complete the job. They ended up taking over 2 weeks to finish, but charged for the job after 2 days. The money was automatically withdrawn after two days. They did not give us any warning that it was going to be taken out. The job was nowhere near complete. There was only a portion of the house fascia that was painted. Marcus stated "We don't do painting. It says it on the name of the company 'do just gutters'." We pointed out that the contract said "to include: painting, caulking, and finishing of fascia." Marcus then claimed that he didn't know how to paint. He told us, however, that he knew a guy who would do it for $300. He did not caulk any of the fascia. When we asked him why he didn't do any caulking to areas that had a visible gap between the fascia and the house, he said that he didn't have any caulking. When we provided some caulking, he made a mess of it and dripped it all over some garden ornaments. Noting else was caulked. They also had opened our front door and had left it open propped with a chair after they left. We were unaware that the door was wide open. He finally did finish painting the fascia, only after we told him we were going to take him to court, because the contract said paint all fascia and he did not fulfill his part of the contract. He came and did an extremely poor job of painting (he did it on a rainy day, and it started peeling immediately.) and tried to blame his assistant for the contract. We reminded him that he was the one providing the contract details to us, not his assistant. He also approved the contract before we signed it. He also screamed at my wife when we told him we were going to take him to court, due to breech of contract. If there was a negative rating, we would give it to him, because in our opinion, he is not a professional, and left us with a bigger mess to fix. We would not recommend this company at all.
