This was he worst company that I have ever dealt with!! Kevin and his daughter came to clean my windows late September 2025. His daughter cleaned my large windows(2) and complexly scratched them up...it looks like courderoy streaks going down the entire widow! I called and left him a message which he did not respond to. I called him today left another message that if I did not hear from him, I would seek the help of an attorney.. He quickly called back..and cussed me out calling me a bitch etc. and hung up on me. Never did he ask to come out to see what the problem was..this is not the man you want to work with. Do so at your own peril! read more

we live in Magnolia and had Kevin come out to clean our windows. When he was finished, we took him back around to show him all the places he had missed like in the corners of the window panes. One window in the bathroom was completely missed and some windows still bird droppings on them. He told us that you cannot remove hard water spots but we had two other window cleaners do it. The people who clean our house have removed them many times from the shower glass. Overall it was a very poor job. read more

Unfortunately I had a run in today with Kevin- the window/ power washing contractor that was at my nextdoor neighbor's house. He had parked two huge industrial sized powerwasher/scrubbers (bigger than me) on our lawn in front of our flower bed exactly where our sprinklers run. When I asked if he could could please move them so as not to damage our sprinkler heads he lost it and cussed me out. Sad because I was going to ask him for his rates before he went berserk. I just called the company to let them know this guy is unhinged and he answered and told me I was full of s* and cussed me out again. Buyer beware. read more

I hired us window to clean my windows and gutters. A crew of kids showed up, half assed my windows, didn't even begin to clean my gutters, broke the window in my front door and left. I called the "supervisor" that was on the job and told her about the damage, to which she responded, "that was like that when we got there", and, "send me a picture".... so I did... Did not even get a call back to repeated calls I made to him, nor did anyone come to inspect the damage. Instead, I received a text saying a lawnmower throwing a rock caused the damage!???? We hired this company to clean the windows of our office which is in a house. We asked they not ring the doorbell or play music outside because people are working, on calls, and it's very loud inside. But, they arrived and rang the doorbell. I went to the door and told them it was very important not to ring the bell if they needed anything and explained why. I introduced the two workers to my husband who was organizing the job. We had asked them to come and do an assessment before giving us a price because this house is almost all glass, but they insisted they didn't need to. After looking around the house, they left and the business owner texted us to tell us the following, direct quotes from her text, after calling me "Nasty,": "She said 'no music' as if we are a Hispanic crew that plays tejano music loudly. ... We sure as hell won't be spoken down to like we're illegal aliens out of a Home Depot parking lot." Mmmkay, I was just trying to be clear about what we needed, but whatever. I hired them to clean gutters on a house in Houston but I live out of state. They told me they did it so I paid the bill. Tenant swears the gutters were the same, still full and overflowing with debris, never cleaned. Finally got on a plane and sure enough - they never touched it. Unethical and dishonest. read more

I wouldn't use this company even if they offered to do for free! The owner is not my type of contractor...courteous, helpful, come to my house to give quote and answer questions, responsive, etc.... You'd think he would have realized this is how you earn and keep business. Background: Someone wrote on Nextdoor that he did a nice job. I contacted him. He said he wasn't available. Then he messengers me at the last minute on 12/11 to see if I am available 12/16 due to a cancellation. He didn't offer to come see my house to make sure that the quote he was giving me was accurate! The questions I asked this am before the job was because I wasn't sure if something was included. If you had responded to that question politely, then I may have been able to add it or do another time, etc. As far as inside my house, I was a little concerned about having workers inside so I thought I might just do those windows myself and see what money that took off the quote you gave me and use that on the patio floor, etc. YOU should have been scheduled to be at my job today. YOU are the owner. YOUR name was in the recommendation! I picked YOU because someone recommended you. You didn't tell me you send only a crew. With this attitude, I don't see how you are still around. I did note when someone critiqued you in prior reviews, you attacked their spouse. Also, I didn't see any good current reviews. The fact of the matter is you and I actually never spoke. There was no contract sent for review, etc., and there was no reminder phone call a day ahead. US Window Cleaning did my windows and they look amazing. They were filthy and covered in algae and all of it disappeared and they look brand new. They were very prompt and kept me updated when they were coming. The owner and the crew were polite and they were booked out till next year but squeezed me in last minute thankfully. We recently had US Window Cleaning come to power wash our driveway and other paved areas. They were not careful around the doors of the house, but sprayed directly at the door sills causing water to leak under the door onto our hardwood floors. While cleaning the patio around the pool, they were not careful so now the pool has dirt and debris in it. When they finished the job, they left dirt and debris on the driveway and back patio. Instead of sweeping up rotted cement dividers and other debris, they forced it down our drain system which might lead to clogging. The oil stains on the driveway were not removed. We were very unhappy with the overall experience. read more

I met the owner and his wife at the woodlands home and garden show and they both were very nice. They gave me a 1/2 price quote and I scheduled them while at the show. A whole crew arrived today on time and completed the job in about an hour. Everyone was very professional and the windows look so much better. I already booked them to come back in April. The front of my home has solar screens that have to be removed for cleaning. They did all but the three upstairs windows. I did not notice until months later since it is a spare room. I now need to hire another company. They only allow about 20 minutes per house so however got assigned to the front was really rushed. One of the screens wasn't screwed back on. read more
