James also found that one of the ducts was closed which was an Ahh! Moment since we noticed little to no air flowing . I was shocked how bad our vents were. James and his colleague were very nice and helpful. They were careful and covered our couch to avoid getting debris and they even vacuumed after they were done. The only one problem was they left nails in two of our beds. He did suggest the UV light and will be coming back to install. James was very nice and even with expressing his recommendation, I never felt it was forced at all. Fair price for the service. I will update a follow up once we get the UV light installed.

Its right there in the name, seriously. Sheri in the office is a delight and instantly "got me" on…read moremy need for decisiveness and speed and was spot in in getting the COI for our building management. I like/need a high level of communication and got that in spades. Jim and Adam arrived in the promised window and after a walk through to explain the process and ask questions about my problem area they got to work. The smell of that pretreatment as it is mixed and applied is quite potent - but it is a good smell for sure. I mention that because we have an olfactory sensitive staff member who I had wisely told to stay away until we were done. While Fantastic was not the least expensive project quite I received they were very competitive and worked hard to understand my needs and earn my business. They are packing to leave and I could not be more pleased with the clean and freshness of our cheap glue down office carpet. Just because it looks clean doesn't mean it is and I wanted to see the dirty extraction water like always because I find it satisfying to see all that ick going down the drain. They were very careful with our belongings and respectful of our space at all points in the process. The big soup stain and the big Sprite mess at our front door are completely gone and the areas under our chairs that had all those little spots are nice and clean. Would highly highly recommend and will for sure use them again. Adam is apprenticing to James to continue the business and that is always gratifying to me on a personal level to support generational businesses that have survived and thrived.

Hurricane Beryl Home Owners Beware! Estimates are not free!…read more The workmen showed up smelling like marijuana. Then he proceeded to tell me he was going to charge me 1 thing & the insurance company another to "help me out". That's insurance fraud! I was told he would check out what was damaged. The next thing I knew he was charging me $200 for a tarp. I did not ask for that! I asked for an estimate for the damage to be repaired. Stay sharp, everyone. This company definitely pulled a fast one!

I will be contacting this company again very soon. Their work is fantastic!…read more I moved into my new home the latter part of May of this year. It was so beautiful, but the walls just didn't sit well with me. The colors didn't pop. I contacted a company my friend told me about first because she had been using them for years. I did a test run with the walls in my bathroom and the cabinets. I was so disappointed. The color was not what we agreed on and it took them two weeks to finish due to different issues popping up. I was fed up and contacted T&J Renovations after a quick google search. I sent them a message to get a quote and got a response within 5 minutes. They came out the same day to look over everything and we scheduled something for the following day. They were on time, friendly, and finished the same day...which is what I had expected from the previous company, but anywho...they were great! This company really turned my frown upside down. Even their prices were better than the previous company my friend told me about. Fast, friendly, efficient...what more can you ask for? Martin and Greg really took into account what we wanted and provided useful feedback to help us design what we needed. Both of the bathrooms are fairly small spaces so it was helpful to have their design ideas and what they knew would work for the space. Additionally, the trades that they work with were very professional; we were living in the house as they did the renovations and they were all respectful of our space and time. The only drawback for the whole process was that it did take a much longer time to complete the project than we expected or they had projected - but they were good about keeping us updated and in-the-loop so we knew what was happening and where the holdups were. We would definitely recommend them and if we have any future remodeling plans we would work with them again.

Strong recommend. Used Nuvo twice for remodels. They are honest and have high standards.read more
