Do not recommend doing business with this company…read more The work is fine, but the people are unprofessional and unnecessarily difficult. You will not receive a project schedule, they will not come when they say they will, and will not admit to any mistakes or damages. Their laborers do fairly good work, and it's a shame the lack of management/ownership's interpersonal skills erodes the value of the product & experience. The reviews are consistent - good work, inept people.

I just purchased a house and in the contract had stated the pool would be clean upon purchase. I was told it had been cleaned this morning. When I told them I did not look like it had been cleaned due to green growth on areas of the pool(that was not there when we saw the house before purchase) I was told 'Welcome to the world of owning a pool'. He said this repeatedly and that leaves get into pools and that he cleaned the pool. When I said I wasn't concerned about the leaves it was the green growth on the pool sides he kept saying 'Welcome to the world of owning a pool'. I have never dealt with a more condescending person in my life. My pool was 'cleaned' by this company and when I had some questions they got incredibly rude. So again. Pool was beautiful when we first saw it. Not clean when we closed on the house. The company that 'cleaned' the pool' then got incredibly rude and said it was always like that and 'Welcome to the World of owning a pool. I have never had such a negative experience with a company my entire life.

The owner Mark is a scam salesman and will charge you for any little thing. His work is not good and his attitude is terrible. He yells and curses at his workers so you and your neighbors can hear him clearly. He left electrical lines popping out of my yard and installed a broken underwater light that I now have to pay someone else to fix. He left my breaker box torn apart and didnt install my pool timer correctly so my pool is constantly running. I purchased this pool thinking I got a great deal but walked away spending close to 9K after getting suckered. Please ask several questions before using him if Keylime pools keeps using him as their contractor. Also FYI the pool install does NOT include chemicals. John gives you a start up kit with your pool but his contractor Mark will charge you 120 to have his worker put it in your pool. Im sure there are people that can put their own chemicals in the pool but for someone like me that knows nothing about chemicals I thought that was part of the package. Its like buying a car with no wheels for me. lol!
