They came out and fixed the holes and used the wrong color. The pool looked like bombs landed in our pool. He said he would come back and redo entire pool! After dealing with 4-5 other pool service companies, I finally hit a homer with Blue Wave…read more My previous pool service companies did fine in the beginning, but eventually became erratic in showing up - but they sure as hell kept drafting my account! My pool looked terrible, and when they did show up, they were there all of 5 min. Dropped some tabs in the skimmer and whoosh...gone. No brushing the walls or skimming or vacuuming. I called Jose and although he was very busy, agreed to come over and take me on as a customer. He came over several times in the first month - had to replace the filter grids, gaskets and get everything just right.....now the pool is functioning great, looks great!
