I had a pump on a fountain replaced and they also replaced the pump seal kit. The photo they sent…read moreright after the repair showed water under the unit. Makes sense, being they were working on it. Four months later, when we happened to be in the area it is hidden, we noticed water under the motor. Now instead of repairing the bad gasket, they want to charge a "diagnostic fee". This should have been under the 1 year warranty of the pump motor repair. Don't use this company. Anyone who charges a non refundable diagostic fee is a bit sketchy. Not honoring the leak on the area they repaired after four months is dishonest. I wouldn't use this company. To respond to the owner's response. Their photo never showed that there wasn't a leak after the repair. As they admit, they took it while the concrete was wet! They required the seals be replaced at the time the pump was replaced. Being the pump is in a screened location, it would be difficult to notice if there was water leaking from the replaced seal. One year would of been a reasonable warranty on this work. If the seals fail, the pump will as well. It is their right not to warranty this, but customers should think twice before selecting this company. Lastly, it is NOT "industry standard" to charge a diagnostic fee that is forfeited if you don't use their company. Most give an estimate as a courtesy to earn your business.

After meeting with Jeremy (owner) and providing our ideas, he custom designed a pool and spa that was perfect for our needs. The project was complete in February 2021 and for the past 5 years it has been trouble free and easy to maintain. I attribute that to their employee's craftsmanship along with the materials and equipment they used and installed. The Pool/Spa is energy efficient due to the high end computer controlled Hayward equipment that can be pre-programmed or controlled remotely with a phone app. I could go on with the many features it has such as Freeze Protection Mode, LED pool lighting themes etc. But, their customer service is what stands out. Anytime I've called, emailed or texted they have answered my questions right away. Having been referred and then referring another, that alone should speak for itself.

Confident Pools has been around a long time in this area. In fact, if you ask the veterans at Leslie's Pool they will recommend Confident Pools--I know they do because the Gulf Freeway Leslie's are the one's that recommended them to me seven years ago when I moved to this area. They spoke extremely highly of them, and I could tell they meant it. I dealt with two other pool companies before I found Confident Pools. The first pool company stained my pool walls black--permanently stained my pool walls black and then never again responded to any of my phone calls or emails. Nightmare.
