I was notably nervous, moving into a new home - unsure of this company and how long it would take. Hector, Scott and team not only addressed all of my concerns, but did everything in their power to move as quickly as possible so we could enjoy our new home. The first day was all prep, they covered up every area that the teams would have to move in and out of the house to prevent damage. I was pleasantly surprised to see they cared for my home as much as I did. The damage was extensive (though the promised it wasn't as bad as they had seen lol). We needed to not only dry the water damage, but also re-sand/ stain wood flooring, replace carpeting, sheetrock, baseboards, tile, a bathroom vanity, among other things. The full remediation and repair took a little under a month.
