We had some feedback on somethings we wanted done slightly differently and he was receptive and helped incorporate it (like sanding the posts, changing out few lattice). We had received quotes from many contractors but we are glad we went ahead with Greatheights outdoor living The only thing that was a slight disappointment was the spacing on the lattice. we had requested for 4" but it turned out 6". it still looks great so we are happy with it. We would definitely recommend. His price for the quality and professionalism was worth it. The pictures speak for themselves.
