He cleaned the interior to ensure no mold would form, removed the wet drywall that I missed, replaced it, and painted & finished. By the end of the evening, my wall was as good as new. I also researched pricing with my co-workers beforehand (who were in the construction industry and certified in Xactimate) and he was right within the ballpark on pricing for labor and material. The objective of the project was to find and create more space within the existing footprint, update and upgrade our room space and the quality of materials, and lastly to create a new custom look within the home, so it would last us for many years to come. The first and most critical phase of the project was to make sure that the existing house bones could withstand the additional loads of adding a new floor to an existing structure. Levi and his team were extremely thorough, they took time to understand our wants, wishlists, and needs. They drew it all out for us so we could clearly see the changes. When it came time for demolition, framing and building the new structures - this process went very quickly - and all the new built items exceeded my expectation in terms of the quality used - as well as the specs it was built to. Additionally, Levi and his team found many existing issues with our building - that he went above and beyond to correct them while we had openings in all our walls. Levi always served as a voice of guidance, a regulation rule follower, and treated our house like it was his own. Nor corners were cut, no shortcuts were made. The best part of the project was that it was completed within the budget and on time - and in this market that is a truly remarkable accomplishment.
