I never have dealt with some company, in which I was just inquiring about work, that was so rude. Doesn't matter if they do the best work in the world, I felt I needed to let this be known. Over our first year of ownership I have come to appreciate the attention to detail at every level of construction and design. In addition, SFH promised to fix anything and everything for a year. They have honored that promise 100% with grace and courtesy. For example, as the house settled, many doors needed to be realigned. SFH did that quickly and efficiently at no charge to me. Thankfully, there have been no major issues. During the freeze in February 2021, we lost power for 43 hours. My SFH house stayed at 60F for most of that time while my neighbors' houses dipped into the 40s. I had no issues with pipes, etc. My only complaint about SFM is that they recommend that we work exclusively with Strotek for the AV in the house. This was not a good recommendation and now we are stuck with Strotek.

Unfortunately for me, I started my remodeling project with someone else and it was terrible. Once I fired them, I called Henry and immediately I knew I should have hired him from the start. He remodeled my master bath and it came out perfect. From the outset, the attention to detail was incredible. Being as OCD and detail-oriented as I am, I appreciated that he took the time to explain everything, no matter how small. From types of schluters that should go around tile to the colors/textures of caulking to match grout, I learned a lot and was appreciative he took the time to explain it. Henry was there almost every day, making sure his crew got everything correct. Even if it requires them to start over. No cutting corners or rushing to finish. It was truly a professional job. If I could give 10 stars, I would.

I'd trust Ricky, Vincent & Hanson a 100%. I remember coming home one day to check on the progress & the contractors had finished a wall where we added a beam. It looked great. I never had to watch them and if they ever did anything that needed to be fixed...they were more than happy to fix. Even after the remodel we've used them to fix a huge leak in our front yard when one of our pipes burst, we've had them put up a beautiful fence with planters and now we have them working on shelves for our office.
