They are just contractors so they hired other companies to come out here and take care of each of those components. they were too remove the current calcium line first from the rock outline (from my understanding that can bead blasted or another assortment of ways) and then re-stain and seal. But they did not do that they just re-stained it so where the calcium line was before the paint is not sticking. It apparently has a two-year warranty but I have called several times trying to get in touch with somebody and on one occasion I got Letty to answer the phone and she advised me that the company they used for the Boulder stain only speak Spanish so she would call and talk to them for me. But I have not heard back I have been following up for over a year with this issue. There's absolutely no customer service they will not call you back or email you back if there's a problem. So your warranty is basically null & void because you cannot get in contact with anybody. We had them servicing our pool once a week but literally the guy they would send would come out check the chemicals empty the skimmer baskets and occasionally vacuum the bottom of the pool. But he never brushed or kept up with that calcium ring where the waterline is so that ring has just grown out of control again. And I had to remind him when it was time to clean the filters because they had not clean the filters either. So we canceled our weekly service because we just felt $170 was not worth the lack of care for our pool.

Chris has been a pleasure to work with! We initially reached out about a year ago and he has been…read morevery generous with his time as well as authentic every time we've met. He's been flexible with our timing, had a very well thought out pool and construction design (our house is mostly geometrical so we scratched the initial design I brought to him and went with his geometrical design as well as went with his suggestion to have a retaining wall built so that the structural integrity of our pool is not compromised). When you meet Chris you'll notice that he is very knowledgeable about what it takes to build a quality pool. There are many small things that Chris has pointed out that I'm sure any other pool builders would have missed (like pouring the gunite first entrance step one inch lower to compensate for coping, pouring the second step wider so that the overlapping coping doesn't shorten its width and makes it shorter than the other steps etc). We are very happy of our current build (still in the plumbing phase) - I will update this review with pictures of the finished project once it's done! Have already started recommending him to family members who will be building a pool soon and recommend you give Chris a shot too.

If "Lupe" isn't on the job one of his brothers or cousins is. They did an amazing job! They began within a week of our signed contract and finished within a week even though we had a big surprise in that they discovered that the pool had 2 layers of plaster which doubled the prep time that we had anticipated. They did a very thorough and beautiful job installing "Stonescapes Black Mini Pebble" to give our pool a very natural water appearance for our old French style home. Before they left they power washed even the deck area, picking up all of their trash, packed up every thing that they brought and left us with a gorgeous "new" pool. It's not very common that I can say that about contractors. They typically don't even see the trash that they leave and just go off and leave it. I can't say enough good things about the service they provided and the end result.

We have had our pool for one year and are extremely happy with it…read more When the hubby and I decided we wanted to build a pool, we spoke to many of our neighbors who had extremely poor reviews on their pool builders. The common complaint was the extended delay in building their pool. We heard horror stories of some pools taking almost one year to build and other stories of bad quality. We were advised to interview pool builders carefully and to go with one that we could trust. David is extremely professional and works within your budget. We spoke with several other pool makers and some offered to make a faux rock water feature. It sounded exciting when we first heard about it, but after speaking to David about a real rock water fountain, we were sold. We worked closely with David from inception to the planning through building and completion of our pool and are extremely happy we chose Paragon Pools. Everything - from the customer service to the quality of the materials - is top notch. Each pool that they make is custom-designed with the owner's needs and wants. Paragon doesn't mass produce pools, they only have a few projects at a time, so that they can give each pool and customer personalized and detailed attention. David initially gave us a timeline on the estimated completion of our pool. They were only one week off - due to rain. I'd say that's a great estimate. David was there for us every step of the way and always on sight on major project days. I highly recommend David and his team.

I cannot say enough good things about Humberto and Delta Pool Renovations. We did not have a pool…read moreinstalled but the work he did on our patio extension is remarkable. His digital renderings were perfect and his attention to detail left me at ease; knowing he would not cut corners. All of his staff are kind and professional; always cleaned up and just did good work. I would highly recommend Delta Pools for your next project (and I already have recommended him :). You will be very pleased! We love our new patio!

We used Delta Pool Renovations to completely refresh our saltwater pool (see before and after…read morepictures). After 18 years, the quartz pool surface was chipping away and marred with severe rust stains. It didn't look inviting at all. The flagstone coping was also looking a bit ragged. Despite annual sealing, some of the flagstone coping was chipping and falling apart. The tile around the border of our pool was faded and the mastic sealant on our decking was peeling away and plants were happily growing in the cracks. Our stone waterfall had white mineral deposits that added to the "aged" look. It was time for drastic action. I consulted with four different pool renovations companies, and Humberto at Delta Pool Renovations immediately stood out for his responsiveness and confidence that he could make things look as good as new. Whereas other companies seemed to offer a piecemeal approach to their logistics, Humberto always treated all aspects of the project as a single package deal. This, along with the glowing praise from others in my neighborhood, was enough to win Delta Pool Renovations the job. After discussing our wants, Humberto put together a written bid and once we had that squared away, we went with Humberto to pick out materials. We ended up putting in new travertine coping, new glass tile for the spa and the pool, and of course, a new pool surface. Humberto's crew even rebuilt our spa spillway into the pool for a more modern look. Once everything was set, Humberto worked out a slot on his schedule and completed the entire job from start to finish in less than 10 days (I was blown away because other companies told me it would take at least 30 days). Humberto let me pay 1/3 up front, 1/3 after the coping was completed, and 1/3 at completion. I really liked the flexibility of these terms. All of the work was done to high standards. Humberto came by multiple times each day to check on progress and, in some cases, had the workers make corrections to keep things to his liking. There were absolutely no surprises in the process and all of the workers were respectful of our property. We selected the StoneScapes Micro Pebble for the pool and spa and love that it is durable and yet relatively smooth and easy on our feet. The new finish is gorgeous and, combined with the new coping, mastic, and bead blasting to remove mineral deposits on the rock wall, the pool really does look brand new. There was one thing that Humberto told me up front he would not be able to do and that is polishing the exposed cut-edge of the travertine coping. The exposed edge is totally fine, but I prefer a honed look so I'm taking up that project on my own. I would have rather just paid Humberto a bit extra to do it but he didn't have any workers with the right type of tools. I am thrilled with the work done by Delta Pool Renovations and strongly recommend you have them give you a bid for your pool remodel.

First, they took the lights out of my pool and hot tub and plastered over the openings. I had to call him and he sent somebody out to fix the problem and reinstall the lights. A month later the light was floating in my pool. It took 2 months to get that fixed. It turns out my waterfall wouldn't work because of how they fixed the leak in my pool. For months Morris said he would fix it and I finally had heard enough and I hired another company to fix it. They had installed the waterfall in the first place. This started in April and its now the end of September. That's how long I waited and the cost of the repair $4,800 and when the pool was drained this time I was shown "turtle shells" where a crappy plaster job was done. I now have to take Morris to court because he won't pay for his screw ups. Less time on TikTok and more time supervising his not trustworthy employees might have helped
