I have had one problem after another with this Pool company. I have spoke with Crystal on several occasions and I feel she just doesn't take it serious. This was the last chance I am giving this company for three weeks straight. My pool is not getting cleaned I was not told anything. They finally came out to clean it again. My pool is brand new. It's a year old had algae in it. The kids were not able to swim for spring break. I have videos where the employees come out and spend total amount of time getting out of their vehicle cleaning the pool and getting back in the vehicle 7 1/2 minutes that is not enough time to clean a pool. This was the last of it. We're having Easter at our house and the pool has algae all in it once Again I would not recommend this company for any reason at all. Cryer was a huge help in getting our pool fixed prior the sale of the house. Stephen came out to fix our Paramount in-pool cleaning system and replace a chlorinator. He had the problem diagnosed within 5 minutes and had all the needed tools and supplies to complete the job. This was all done on short notice and able to be completed 1 day prior to closing. He also verified everything was working properly for the new owner. This pool was built by Cryer about 25 yrs ago and they have always provided the best service. Although we will no longer have a pool, I'd recommend them to anyone in need of maintenance or service. read more

Their Service Department is the worst! I called them for a warranty repair and after 2 weeks and 2 no-shows, they finally showed up and all they did was take pictures of my equipment, which I had already emailed them at their request after my initial call. 3 weeks later, I called to check on the order status for the repair parts since I had not heard from them, and they could not find my work order anywhere and had no idea who I was or why I was calling. I ended up giving up and buying new equipment elsewhere. Save yourself some time and frustration and take your business elsewhere. read more

Our pool pump went out and we needed someone to come out and diagnose the problem, submit the estimate to our home warranty and repair or replace the pump. This all began 17th of October. We had a family emergency and had to go to California. Cryer said that they would come out and that we wouldn't need to be home. Everything could be done online. Returned November 1st after the death of my mother only to find that nothing was done. They are extremely hard to get in contact with. After several more days contact was made only to be told they would be out for training for another week. They tried to submit the paperwork on the pump without even looking at it to our warranty company. I tried to explain to them that they would have to see the motor to diagnose it in order for use to be compensated for the repair. They refused to do it. I would not recommend this company and if I could give a 0 I would have. read more

We had a Radiant pool installed by Cryer Pools in April of 2015. We had nothing bur problems since day one. During the dig our main electrical line was cut so we had incurred a $5000 cost to have it replaced at my own expense. We specifically went with them because of the Radiant Pool, this pool is supposed to be able to go completely in the ground which is what we wanted and had them do. Three months after the install they had to come out and replace the liner because water was constantly getting between the pool wall and liner, so much so that the liner was floating and buckling. Little did we know this was to continue for the next 3 years. We complained persistently and finally they had someone come out and a installed suction tube between the liner and pool wall tied into the pool suction side of the pump so we could drain it. This worked great but it was not a proactive permanent fix because now I had to pump water out between the liner and pool wall 2 to 3 times a week, and of course this is not good for the liner because it is just acting like a big balloon, expanding then deflating. We all know what happens to balloons when they constantly expand and deflate, the pop which is what happen to our 2nd liner. Now we have a backyard pond with the pool wall caved in. Cryer Pools refused to correct this problem and they say it is our fault. Not once did they suggest or recommended a draining system to address this high water issue. Since this situation I have talked to other Pool company's and they strongly do not recommend buying and installing these type of pools because of the exact same situation we are experiencing. So with that said I strongly recommend not to purchase a pool from Cryer Pools, they failed to be responsible and own up to their mistake and correct the problem properly. read more

I called Cryer Pools on Monday to request service on our pool pump that quit working. I was scheduled for Friday, but was told if they had a cancellation, they would call me. Received a call Tuesday afternoon that they had had a cancellation and could come Wednesday. (Cryer DID what they said they would do.) Steven and JC arrived late Wednesday morning, replaced the pump and were gone within the hour. They also cleaned the main filter in order for the pump and cleaning system to operate properly. In other words, they didn't just come out and replace the pump - they checked all of the equipment, which we are grateful for. These two technicians are super. They answered all of my questions in layman language. They cleaned up the area where they had been working and left the area in pristine condition. Cryer Pools is certainly easy to do business with and their technicians are awesome. Real Customer Service!!!! read more
