Despite already accepting responsibility, they refused to refund or properly replace the heater they damaged. After weeks of back-and-forth, delays, and excuses, they finally offered to replace it -- but with a cheaper, off-brand heater, not the brand and quality of the original equipment they broke. To make matters worse, their chemical mismanagement caused extremely high alkalinity, which resulted in guests' hair turning green -- a clear sign of improper water balance and potentially damaging to skin and hair. This is especially alarming for anyone who hosts guests or values safety. The lack of accountability, professionalism, and urgency throughout this process has been exhausting and IS STILL NOT RESOLVED. This happend in August! He says something to else is wrong and I hv to buy a super cooper cleaner like $40 to add, and the pool still looks brown. When I told the old Man he got mad at me and say the equipment won't start. Finally realized they aren't very experience with people who know about pool. Someone recommended their pool guys in my subdivision and I tried them out, have to drain the whole pool Out $380 water bill, fix what they mess up about $1000 , finally have a shiny blue pool again. This lesson taught me not to look up Random contractors who has no credentials and their company has fly by the night contractors .
