We live close to the Leslie's on Tenaya in Summerlin and are super happy with their products and services. The staff are very knowledgeable and helpful and are the reason our pool stays in great condition. Yesterday I went in to get the water tested and Russell was a pleasure to work with. Although the computer system was acting up, lots of people were in line, and he was working alone, Russell took care of everyone with a smile. He explains the water report and its recommendations, and even recommended a product that was on sale. We will always go back to Leslies. read more

Leslie's Pool Supplies - Hot Tub & Pool Near Me - Las Vegas, Nevada

The best advice always!..My pools looks amazing thanks to Ben professional advice!!!Thank you!!!

This pool supply store is located in the Target shopping area. They do a great job at checking your pool water to see if the chemical balance is right. Just bring a sample in and they check it for free! Friendly service too. My kids always find something here that they "need" and we have gotten some great discounts on items that have been sitting not the shelves for a while (like remote control toys). Check them out! read more

We are new home pool owners and Leslie's has helped tremendously. They have helped show us how to balance the pool, what is needed here in the vegas heat to keep your pool on par and recommend plenty of products. You can test your water in store if needed as well. The store is a bit overpriced but you pay for convenience. read more

Alexandria was awesome! I recently had my pool guy quit and decided to just start taking care of it myself. She was so helpful and informative and tested my water for me. read more

Total rip off. I went in to purchase acid for my pool. I was told it would cost $18.00 per gal. and there was none in town. So i was stuck and paid 7 x what it was worth. After i left i found the acid in Lowes for $13.00 for a 2 gal. box. And there was plenty there. I called Leslies and asked to return what i bought 1/2 hour ago and they said NO. I will never shop there again. Steve read more

I purchased about 6 gallons of Smart Seal honey mist. Having gotten quotes ranging between 3k and 6500 dollars from professionals I decided to do it myself. It turned out Beautiful! I was able to complete in 3 days after washing, acid wash and application for less than 400 dollars. Excellent stuff! read more

Pool Pump Capacitor went out. Jason was able to help me with the part and I'm up and running!! Very honest. Could have tried to sell me a pump that I didn't need. Thank you again for your help!! read more

I have been going to this location for 22 years. Paul, the Store Manager was always helpful, friendly and could always answer my question. He was as good as they come. It was so sad to hear of his passing. He was way to young to die. The store went through a bit of a funk after Paul passes away. They had lots of turnover and many of the employees were not very helpful or appreciative of my business. I have been able to do most anything my pool needed. When I did not know how to fix something I had a pool repair man who is first rate and he would come help me. Between Paul at Leslie's and my friend Don, I was able to keep my pool in top top shape. This year I made it back to Leslie's and to my delight they have a new manager. His name is Todd I think. So helpful, kind and always expressing thanks for my business. The store is always clean. They are always willing to help me with the heavy stuff like bags of pool salt and take them to my car. I will keep coming back. Was in today getting the water from our pool and (separate) hot tub tested. They are quick with their new system. This saves us so much time and I am grateful for how helpful they are. What a great store, with great team members. I enjoy shopping there and this is my go to store for all things pool!! Thank you!! read more

Jason at this store is extremely knowledgeable and helpful. I appreciate when someone can listen to the customer's needs and give information on different options available. Also, to go into detail the pros and cons of each option. He will be my go-to person now for my pool needs. Also, to Marin?, the guy who installed my pool heater, was friendly and did a great job. read more

This shop is the best. Went in with my Hayward XL Pool Vacuum and Todd fixed it on the spot. I called before visiting because recently there has been only one person overseeing the store. They recently hired a helper and I was fortunate to visit when they weren't busy. For the premium that you pay for parts and chemicals, they make up for it with their service. I'm grateful to have a neighborhood pool store close to home. read more

Pool supply experts Like most people in Vegas that have pools, they do from time to time have a few issues. One being a the yellow Algae that can be hard to get rid of. After doing a bit if research I found only the chemical that Destroys this algae and it's called Yellow Out and only found at this store. After testing my water and referring me to a few chemicals and methods my pool was back to clean and clear. The service is great and the staff are knowledgable. A only Con I can think of is the price, purchasing a few items online can be a hell of a lot cheaper but if you need them now, I guess you have no choice. read more

Called ahead and spoke to Jason, a very articulate gentleman who in addition to explaining all about the product I was looking for, he also spoke of solar, special compensations, better living, etc..i gotta say it sparked my curiosity coming from the bay area we then set up several solar meetings @our home. I will eventually get to meet this informed soul when purchasing a pool blanket. cheers. read more

If you like waiting around forever only to be told you need to go to the Pro Store to get the part you need then this place is for you. If however your time is even remotely valuable to you, I suggest you go to a Pro Store first. The customer service here is fine but the staff is just too green and they don't know anything of value, but they can point you to the chlorine so that's a plus. The problem is only the store manager seems to know anything about pools or parts causing an extreme queue to form when trying to get even a basic question resolved. Such as "do you have this particular part in stock?" It's a shame, before the previous store manager passed away this was my go to place. Will avoid coming back here at all costs and go straight to Centennial from now on. read more

Total rip off. 139 dollars for a piece of pipe that's available online for 69. These guys should go out of business they are terrible. They are not nice either. The sigh and get upset all the time. I don't like them. read more

I've been coming to this Leslie's store in particular for the last 5 years, & today I was reminded why. Jason (in particular) & his team go above and beyond in their service. I had issues cleaning my Pentair Clean n Clear pump, which I do myself 2x/year, and this time had trouble re-attaching the bracket. He took the time to help me figure out how to re-assemble the spring fastener and realigned it for me, instead of simply trying to sell me a new piece..because it was a small piece which was mal-aligned. If there was a 'Cheers' bar for pool stores...this would be 'it' for me...esp. during these already-stressful times. I don't know why I bothered asking the advice of others (even though it was more convenient to go to those other locations based on where I was at the time). I should've come straight here and saved myself the frustration and come to where I knew the expertise, professionalism and expertise existed. Truly the BEST Leslie's in the valley! Thanks Jason...again!!! I'll be back!!! read more

Great customer service! Thank you to the gentleman Adam who helped me with the exchange of the Swimline floatie that had a defect on it.

This place sells arm floaties year round for about $3 a pair. That shouldn't be so hard to come by but all the other stores stop carrying them in late July. read more

All three employees watched me as they stood at the counter while I struggled to bring in an item to return. I was then informed that it is the company policy that chemicals can't be returned (They were less expensive at NPS) This review isn't about the policy. It's about the snotty tone used, the lack of empathy and failure to even open the door as I was leaving. read more

Out shopping on a Tuesday for a solar pool blanket, thought we'd found a really good price. Paid and were told our product wasn't in the store but would arrive Friday. It didn't, but for sure on Monday, we were told. Called Monday - there was something "funny" when they checked on delivery, but the person who checked wasn't in until Tuesday, please call back. Went in Tuesday - Paul took an attitude - " It's a special order. I TOLD you I would call when it came in!" We were never told it was a special order, nor that it was coming from some unknown supplier in New York, nor that no truck delivery from that supplier was scheduled, etc. Bottom line, we ended up (after waiting for delivery for 18 days) paying the difference for a more expensive solar cover that was in stock. Won't go back. read more

Through research, I knew exactly what pool part I needed. Went to the store, purchased the part and paid for installation. The installer didn't bring the part, and refused to do the installation. He said that they didn't have the part (what?!). Of course he tried to cross sell me to replace the entire system. read more
