The tech couldnt explain the issue and said the owner would explain it. The owner said the heater is not igniting [incorrect] and they will need to do a process of elimination to figure out why. [not a very helpful diagnostic]. The follow-up was to spend $700 on multiple parts since there was not a solid diagnosis. Another service came out, immediately diagnosed the core issue, replaced the corroded part and heater has been working properly. I feel like it was a waste of $150 for the diagnostic.

His technicians came in my back yard without announcing themselves. I contacted the owner as the inspectors said we would receive an update. I then called the owner and he stated that they only repair in ground pools and spas. I asked him then why did he send someone and charge me a fee if he knew they don't repair those types of issues. He stated I "wanted" an inspection, despite knowing I have an above ground spa. This type of business practice for any business let alone a new business is dishonest. The owner was very argumentative and very unprofessional. He also stated we can leave a negative review as he can get them removed. ****** Your response to my review are all lies. Payne clearly told me they only service in ground pools and spas only after you "inspected " and took the fee. I was very upfront with known information including that I have an above ground free standing spa. Payne's unprofessional behavior clearly shows how you do business. Those type of business practices are downright fraudulent and deceptive.

I knew I didn't want to take the time to repaint all the tile every year so we decided to have the tile sandblasted. I called 5 companies. Barry arrived and I'm so glad I called him. Which was on a Saturday, believe it or not. Ben With Kohl's rest was the only company I can find. That would meet me on my time window. We had an appointment at 2:30 he got there at 2:15 and sat in his truck till our appointment time. Watching from a ring doorbell. I felt bad and told him we could start earlier if he was able to. I only bring this up. Because the last 3 companies I had. One company showed 45 minutes late. Now he did call when he was 20 minutes past the hour. The other one showed up on the wrong day and blamed it on me. And the third one straight up, no showed which I'll be writing a review about that company as well. As far as the bill process, it was very smooth. The only problem that we had was that we didn't read the packet that was provided. That gave instructions on how to do certain things like watering the concrete. i think that's what it's a called . So we had to keep calling Ben to give us the answers that had been sitting in front of us the whole entire time. Other than that, our overall experience was fantastic. I'd hardly recommend them if you're in summerlin or Las Vegas. I'll be posting pictures once my landscaper "meaning me" finishes the landscaping, lol
