Every year we look at our pool and see the damage done during our renovation by A&S. Each time we…read morehave escalated the problem, their "experts" report it was our fault the plaster cured with dark streaks. We had it acid washed by someone else, and they immediately told us the wash wouldn't work because it was a bad plaster mix. We've looked into legal action against A&S, but no one will testify against them even though they tell us it was poor workmanship. At some point we'll get it replastered, but each year we open the pool we are reminded how we got fooled by A&S.

They said they would just do a quick drive by to look at our pool, but ended up finding the hole right away. We did contact a few other companies, some who even offered to patch it up. Ultimately, we went with a decision to have Schembri Pools get us a whole new liner. They were here so quick, practically the next day to take measurements. Our pool is very irregular shaped. It definitely took a while to take measurements. I believe we were told there were over 200 separate ones. While a lot of materials are back-ordered in general due to post-Covid shortages, the new liner actually came in quicker than anticipated (around 4 weeks). Again, they were here practically the next day to install. Installation was a breeze (for us!). They also were able to arrange two truck-fulls of water on the same day. We were using the pool a few days later after adjusting the salt and chemicals. I would say that everything about Schembri was top notch. From their communication to work ethic to even pricing. The pool is looking great and we went the whole summer without an incident. They also gave us a year guarantee which shows their commitment to customer service and confidence in their work. I would definitely recommend!

For a number of reasons I was never happy with the enclosure. I was sure that there must be a better way to enclose a pool, but short of converting it to an indoor pool, I was clueless. None of the local pool companies was of any help, but fortunately I found Pool & Spa enclosures on the web. As others have written, John and Alex are absolutely great to work with. Their enclosures are everything they say they are. The engineering and quality of construction are outstanding, as is the performance of the enclosure. Today, April 21, the outside air temp is 78. Inside the enclosure the air temp is 97, and the water temp is 83. Even though my pool is unheated, I have been swimming in 80 degree water since late March. Previously with the screened enclosure my pool never hit 80 until May. Ditching the screened room and replacing it with a sliding pool enclosure was a great decision. The new enclosure has exceeded my expectations in every way. Great product from a great company!

Our pool had been closed for at least four years, and honestly, we weren't sure if it was a pool or a pond anymore. These three worked their magic and completely transformed it. They installed a new pump and filter, showed up almost daily to make sure everything was ready by our deadline, and somehow never got tired of answering our endless "new pool owner" questions. Not only did they help us get the water crystal clear, but they also guided us through the chemicals without making us feel clueless. They even installed a pool safety fence, giving us one less thing to worry about and a lot more peace of mind. The best part? They're genuinely great people--friendly, down-to-earth, hardworking, and the kind of folks you actually enjoy having around. It's rare to find a company that cares this much about doing the job right and making sure their customers are happy. If you're on the fence about who to call, stop scrolling and call them. Your future self will thank you, your pool will thank you, and your neighbors might even think you hired a miracle worker.
