Beware. Beware Beware. They do not stand by their work or the products they sell. The day after filling our brand new pool the walls came out of the bottom track. They refused to fix it and blamed it on our yard. they came out 3 times once denting the wall then told us to just throw rocks around it. We now have to pay a new contractor to take the take it down and rebuild it correctly. Very confrontational when you question them. But nice when they take your hard earned money. After incurring damage to r pool due to a windstorm, we needed to find someone to help us replace the liner. No one wanted to work on the brand of pool we own including the person the pool manufacturer suggests who said he would and ghosted us. Thank goodness I was given Dave's name thru a Facebook sight. Within a few hours of me contacting him, he returned my call and was very willing to help. He completed the job within a few weeks, was there when he said he would b and he and his staff were extremely helpful and courteous thruout the entire project. Dave cares about his customers and the quality of his work and it shows. Great service, great product! We found this company via Thumbtack, and hired them to do an inspection for a newly purchased home with a pool. After the inspection, he wrote out a quote of all the things that needed to be fixed. We hired him and paid him for all those items, but he never completed all the items on the list!! We have called, emailed, messaged, and the company is ignoring us and not responding. I was looking for a pool inspector as I was buying an house with a pool an needed someone within 7 days. The team was responsive in getting back to me within minutes requesting a quote online. Price was very reasonable as well. The crew came nice guys checked everything and even showed me what to do to maintain the pool. I will be hiring them to close our pool, open the pool and any other questions. They were nice and didn't try to sell me anything more than what I requested, which is always nice and why I will use them again. Not trying to "get you". Staff was very knowledgeable as well with equipment and how to maintain/operate pool. read more

Very disappointed in follow-up service request with this company. I have a pool liner that I purchased and had installed with this company that is only 4 years old and asked if someone could come out to check for a leak/tear since there was hardly any water in the pool at spring opening. Their voice mail is full when you call and after e-mailing repeatedly the company will not call back when you ask them to. I had to finally file a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. read more

This is by far the best pool company to work with. They were professional, courteous, and they went above and beyond to help me. My pool had a gaping hole on side from the skimmer being pulled due to me not having pool closed for winter. This company fixed the pool so that it looks brand new. Everyone in the company is very friendly and willing to explain questions that I had. I highly recommend them and I will absolutely use them in the future for all my pool needs. read more

Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this company. Dave treated me as if I was a 6 year old and not a grown man. His preference for a cash payment was also a tad sketchy to me. I mean, cash is easier, but who has that kind of money laying around? Not sure if it was just my gut, but definitely did not go with these guys. read more
