Our situation was worse then expected and Pool Bros lived up to their reputation walking us through each problem we had. The filter was broken, water was leaking when we tried to add water, parts were missing, and the cover had a hole. From David who told us exactly what we needed to purchase, to Chris the service tech and Dan who called to explain the situation, Pool Bros are miracle workers. Chris was cool calm and collected through the whole pool opening experience, assuring us it was going to be ok and he did, in fact, open the pool despite the multiple obstacles that he encountered. We just bought a home with a 20 year old pool in Fair Condition, but not better. We're experiencing all kinds of issues and they've been patient and thoughtful in their education and advice on each issue we've had. They're not just out to sell us thousands of dollars of stuff. Absolute rip off merchants, nothing but cowboys…read more I spoke with the Al guy, all nice and pleasant at first but full of lies. He sends his guy out who took $524 for looking at my tub for a total of no more than 15 minutes, tells me I need a heater, when I signed his so called contract piece of paper there was no prices written on it, there was nothing, he wanted a signature to give him the right to look at it, so I signed, when he finished looking at it he then asked me for the $524, he told me this amount would be taken from the next bill when it was fixed, I even asked if it was going to be anywhere near $500 again. Well he was right, it wasn't, his guy wanted $832 TO FIX IT. All in he wanted $1.355.00. I told his guy not to go near my tub. The very next day I had another company come out and fix it, NEW HEATER, Fixed it in under and hour, Total for the whole job, $197.37 I have tried now on numerous occasions to get hold of the so called nice guy Al, won't lift the phone and nowhere to be seen, he has $524 of my monies for doing absolutely nothing. Absolutely avoid these guys, a pure SCAM.
