Our experience: The initial plastering had to be taken out because they used the incorrect plaster,…read morerequiring them to do a complete redo. The second application has also proven to be awful. The finish is uneven, with significant bumps and "waves" across the entire surface. We brought these issues to their attention immediately upon completion. The company explained that this poor finish was caused by the previous plaster layer not being fully removed down to the gunite ( which again one of the layers was because they put the wrong plaster in), a critical detail that was never communicated to us during the planning or execution of the project. As industry professionals, the team should have advised us on the proper preparation needed to achieve a quality finish, and the lack of such communication is a severe oversight. They think feeling waves when sitting is okay. It is so ridiculous that they stand behind that work! I would have easily paid more money if they brought up to me that they need more time to prepare the surface correctly. Furthermore, we were disappointed by the company's proposed resolution: requiring us to pay an additional fee to have the entire job redone again. This is an unacceptable response, as the initial payment was for professional, high-quality work, which was not delivered. We believe the responsibility for this inadequate outcome lies with your company. DO NOT USE!!

Daisy came out to the house and estimated the renovation project which included demo of the old tile and coping, restoring the entire pool deck, replacing the custom stone coping, replacing and replicating the tile to match the spa - which was not to be touched or a part of the project - and finally; re-plastering of our pool with 'Diamond Brite' Super Blue finish. Daisy was very professional, knowledgeable, and guided us through every step of the way. They squeezed us in their very busy schedule to accommodate our needs and helped us as much as they could during these pressing times. From draining our pool and demo work, through the masterful deck rebuild, the coping and tile work, and finally the plastering finish, everyone on every crew was on time, extremely polite, professional, and left the job site clean. Weather related delays caused the project to take a little longer than expected, but with every turn, with every step, and with any concerns and questions we had about the renovation project, Sergio, Daisy and the entire office team were always available to answer our questions and help us with everything we needed to make sure all our needs were met and that the end result was nothing but spectacular. The price was very competitive, and they even threw in the spa to make sure everything was cohesive. We were very surprised and astounded at the generous gift and were furthermore shocked when they gave us new pool light bulbs, pool light gaskets, and repaired a pool light cove leak.... free of charge!!! You don't get that kind of service these days! I have no words to describe how thankful and grateful we are... My entire family is enjoying a beautiful newly renovated pool and our summer was saved thanks to Sergio. Arista built our inground pool and hot tub with a rock waterfall in 2007. I felt comfortable going…read morewith them because of the lifetime structural guarantee on the pool, the skimmers, the pipes, etc. In 2012 we found cracks going straight down the inside of the pool wall below each skimmer. Arista said the rock waterfall was not properly supported so they added additional support and patched the cracks. The patches looked terrible- and it was a 5-year old pool- but they refused to replaster, assuring me it would blend in over the years. Well, it hasn't. last summer our pool started losing a lot of water, so after a lot of back-and-forth our American league detection here and found out that deep end skimmer was cracked in several places. Arista patched the skimmer with epoxy at no charge - all the while saying it wasn't covered under the warranty- but said that was just a temporary fix and we needed a new skimmer. It's clearly in our contract that skimmers are part of the lifetime structural warranty but Arista refused to replace them saying it wasn't related to the cracks issue from 2012 or anything they were responsible for. So let the buyer beware.

We never had to worry about our home or pool construction. Pool was expensive but you get what you pay for. I recommend them highly!!!!! You will be happy with the results. I only use them to get work done or get ahold of warranting department. We have the latest pool slide that is the hit of the Party. We will be building another pool in the second home on the property. We will wait patiently while they are ver busy. Like I said what we spent .... worth every !

Opened our inground pool this spring to find it almost completely empty. I'm not exactly sure how…read moremy husband found Schembri Pools, but we never regretted our decision to go with them. They said they would just do a quick drive by to look at our pool, but ended up finding the hole right away. We did contact a few other companies, some who even offered to patch it up. Ultimately, we went with a decision to have Schembri Pools get us a whole new liner. They were here so quick, practically the next day to take measurements. Our pool is very irregular shaped. It definitely took a while to take measurements. I believe we were told there were over 200 separate ones. While a lot of materials are back-ordered in general due to post-Covid shortages, the new liner actually came in quicker than anticipated (around 4 weeks). Again, they were here practically the next day to install. Installation was a breeze (for us!). They also were able to arrange two truck-fulls of water on the same day. We were using the pool a few days later after adjusting the salt and chemicals. I would say that everything about Schembri was top notch. From their communication to work ethic to even pricing. The pool is looking great and we went the whole summer without an incident. They also gave us a year guarantee which shows their commitment to customer service and confidence in their work. I would definitely recommend!
