They came Friday two workers seem nice took them in my yard and showed them my pool told them if they needed me for anything just knock. They didn't knocked until Ithey were done. I was told I need an O ring and he didn't have one with him and if he came back it would be another 300 dollars. My bill was 375 and I gave them 440 so they would have a tip. After they left I went out to check that installed the latter in a new place on my deck when there was already wholes for where it was replaced previously. Reading receip says I need a new pool cover. There was nothing wrong with my pool cover before they removed it. They didn't remove the cord they just cut it. I tried calling to complain but they kept putting on hold.

Cascade deserves no stars. I used this company for 4-5 years without issue and paid them thousands…read moreof dollars to open/close my pool, replace my pump, replace my salt cell and other repairs. This year there were a few issues I was dealing with from the start of the season. The new salt cell was not working and they had been promising me to repair it/ replace it. They stopped returning my calls and responding to my texts. It finally got resolved after about a month of follow up. Due to this I decided not to use them for my pool closing. The owner agreed to refund my prepaid closing cost in full. It has been 3 weeks and he has not sent me the check he promised, nor responded to my emails or returned my VMs. Apparently, when you are purchasing services or parts, Cascade is fine. When a problem arises, you can expect the poorest customer service imaginable. This has been very disappointing and I'm still hoping the owner will do the right thing and give me my refund.

I met with them during the opening and trusted their professional recommendations. Once I was no longer there supervising, however, it became one additional charge after another. They identified plumbing issues and recommended that I pay to have the plumbing redone. I followed their recommendation and paid the additional cost. Yet the leaks that were part of the reason for addressing the plumbing still weren't resolved, and I was then faced with attempts to charge me even more. I have no problem paying for legitimate repairs that are clearly outside a maintenance contract. My problem is paying $3,098 for complete seasonal maintenance, approving additional work they recommended, and still repeatedly being presented with more charges while the underlying issues remain. For anyone considering them, my advice is simple: get every detail in writing and question every additional charge before approving anything. They got me this season. Never again. Stay away.

Our situation was worse then expected and Pool Bros lived up to their reputation walking us through each problem we had. The filter was broken, water was leaking when we tried to add water, parts were missing, and the cover had a hole. From David who told us exactly what we needed to purchase, to Chris the service tech and Dan who called to explain the situation, Pool Bros are miracle workers. Chris was cool calm and collected through the whole pool opening experience, assuring us it was going to be ok and he did, in fact, open the pool despite the multiple obstacles that he encountered. We are very happy!
