For a number of reasons I was never happy with the enclosure. I was sure that there must be a better way to enclose a pool, but short of converting it to an indoor pool, I was clueless. None of the local pool companies was of any help, but fortunately I found Pool & Spa enclosures on the web. As others have written, John and Alex are absolutely great to work with. Their enclosures are everything they say they are. The engineering and quality of construction are outstanding, as is the performance of the enclosure. Today, April 21, the outside air temp is 78. Inside the enclosure the air temp is 97, and the water temp is 83. Even though my pool is unheated, I have been swimming in 80 degree water since late March. Previously with the screened enclosure my pool never hit 80 until May. Ditching the screened room and replacing it with a sliding pool enclosure was a great decision. The new enclosure has exceeded my expectations in every way. Great product from a great company!

Their warranty is bogus but they're smart about avoiding any actually quality work and follow up. Schedule will keep extending. Dates will keep changing. People will show up for 30-45 min and scam you. They'll make problems much bigger so they can come back and take more money. They don't believe your photos, videos, or what you are seeing in your own home. They always follow their made-up delusions. The people who make the decisions and you give your money mostly to are not the people who do the job, nor do they show up to see anything. You'll find an extremely rude, unprofessional, and liar of a person named Darlene working you through the phone. The mostly behind the curtain guy is Dan- he will talk his 30 years of experience with you to get you to believe, and of course take your money. You will lose your money. You will face more problems in your pool and system than you started with. You will be lied to. You will regret your decision to worth with these slimy people. Go elsewhere. Do it yourself. After…read moreyears of landscaping/pool companies trying to fix a water drainage problem in our back yard that never seemed to work. DELL pools made it happen!!! We had previously spent a ton of money on drainage that was installed but never actually worked or cleared any water from the yard. Anthony assured me that he could do it! And he did!!!! We now have a dry yard with water draining from the drainage pipes constantly!! The Team at DELL came in full force. Found the problem and actually fixed it! Eric C was amazing at working the machinery to do exactly what need to be done, from removing large rocks to digging precise holes in the ground for the pool and building a beautiful natural rock retaining wall. The whole process was so easy DELL did it all. Drainage, pool, rock work, patio, electric, and beautiful landscaping put together by Derek. I have to say the project was fun. It literally took 7 weeks from the day we started until my kids were swimming. Dell worked with me to see my vision and made it happen.
