For a number of reasons I was never happy with the enclosure. I was sure that there must be a better way to enclose a pool, but short of converting it to an indoor pool, I was clueless. None of the local pool companies was of any help, but fortunately I found Pool & Spa enclosures on the web. As others have written, John and Alex are absolutely great to work with. Their enclosures are everything they say they are. The engineering and quality of construction are outstanding, as is the performance of the enclosure. Today, April 21, the outside air temp is 78. Inside the enclosure the air temp is 97, and the water temp is 83. Even though my pool is unheated, I have been swimming in 80 degree water since late March. Previously with the screened enclosure my pool never hit 80 until May. Ditching the screened room and replacing it with a sliding pool enclosure was a great decision. The new enclosure has exceeded my expectations in every way. Great product from a great company!

We actually spent more money opening the pool through them than we would have hiring them for the season to clean the pool and I had no choice but to hire another pool company to check their work because this was such an uncharted process and I didn't trust them after all was said and done. They had no problems with running my credit card and even charging a late fee for payment although we wanted to ensure their work was proper from the next company hired, a delay of two weeks payment which is crazy since they delayed our pool opening by at least a month with their mistakes. Their warranty is bogus but they're smart about avoiding any actually quality work and follow up. Schedule will keep extending. Dates will keep changing. People will show up for 30-45 min and scam you. They'll make problems much bigger so they can come back and take more money. They don't believe your photos, videos, or what you are seeing in your own home. They always follow their made-up delusions. The people who make the decisions and you give your money mostly to are not the people who do the job, nor do they show up to see anything. You'll find an extremely rude, unprofessional, and liar of a person named Darlene working you through the phone. The mostly behind the curtain guy is Dan- he will talk his 30 years of experience with you to get you to believe, and of course take your money. You will lose your money. You will face more problems in your pool and system than you started with. You will be lied to. You will regret your decision to worth with these slimy people. Go elsewhere. Do it yourself.
