These are hundreds and thousands of dollars of repairs and maintenance and then they instituted a percentage service fee to pay with a credit card? Not acceptable. Ok fine, I will pay you cash. Nope, service people don't take cash. This is not ok. We have been loyal customers. This is not how to treat customers. This is not how to do business. If you don't like your terms with the wire company you need to manage your business with them.

I had struggled with a problem with my Polaris for weeks. It simply wasn't moving. I assumed the…read morebooster pump had gone bad, and I replaced it myself. The Polaris still wasn't moving. Then, I discovered that water was flowing constantly through the backup port of my Polaris backup valve. So I assumed the backup valve was bad, and replaced it as well. Still no movement of the Polaris. So I called Poolworx. I had used Poolworx previously about a controller panel problem, and they had quickly and inexpensively fixed it. Jesse listened patiently to what the issue was and what steps I had taken to try to resolve the problem. He made no judgements. He checked a couple of things, and within a couple of minutes, Jesse correctly diagnosed the problem as a clogged outlet on the Polaris. He pointed out the problem, which was clear to see when he pointed it out, yet I had failed to notice it. He took it to the shop for a quick and inexpensive servicing. I felt chagrined that I had spent so much time and money trying to fix it myself. Jesse was the service technician you always hope you will get when you call with a problem. I should have called Poolworx at the beginning.

I know parts were scarce and companies were over worked so we were very understanding that there wouldn't be an immediate fix. It took awhile for them to come out but that was still understandable. This is where it goes from run of the mill delay to an outright series of lies and waste of time. When our normal technician came out he began his work and I told him to let me know if he needed anything. After awhile he brought me outside and I could see that there were some parts on the ground. He told me he needed to go get a part and he would be back shortly. Okay cool so I waited as I had cleared my schedule to make sure if anything came up I'd be there. At the time I didn't realize it but he didn't specify what part it was that he needed. It was just a part and he never returned. To this day he has never returned and that was back in March. I called the main office and spoke with the supposed owner who said he would personally come out and see what's going on. He never came and stopped returning all phone calls and emails. Having no idea what part was needed or what stage of fixing the problem he was originally in I couldn't figure out how to fix it. Today as of writing this post is the first time we were able to get another company out to work on the pool turned swamp. So after paying this company thousands to replace some things a couple years prior we now have to pay a different company to replace things that wouldn't have been ruined if they would've done their job or at least let us know what the issue was. So before you give them a chance I want you to know exactly who you're dealing with.

Frustrating experience we've been dealing with all summer. Contacted for a DE filter replacement…read moreback in May 2025, and we knew what we wanted. Had trouble scheduling an installation date or getting calls back from the store - they finally came out and installed it, but it was not done correctly. The filter container was hanging off the concrete pad, they tried to feed DE through a skimmer with a sock on it, and the pvc piping wasn't done well. It took multiple calls to the owner and 2 additional visits for someone to come out and finally fix it. This was after they insisted they came to my house and "everything looked fine", but my Ring doorbell and gate confirmed they didn't come at all and must have gone to the wrong house. Immediately after the fix, the brand new filter started leaking from the seal joint, and no one will actually commit to coming out and looking at it again. I've been scheduled "on the board" for multiple service visits - but then they no call/no show and I have to follow-up again. I understand staffing is tough, but they've used the excuse of being "down" a pool tech all summer so that the owner is having to go out on calls himself. I also had a big issue with high copper in my water - it was filmy, blue/silver in the net, etc, and they said "they had never seen anything like this" and didn't know what to do. They didn't test the water or seem to have any ideas or solutions - I figured it out myself with a test. The price on the filter was ok and I was trying to find a more locally owned alternative to Leslie Pool. However, it's been such a hassle dealing with unnecessary issues from the installation that I would not recommend purchasing equipment from them.

We were babysitting our 3 grandchildren for the weekend so they had a blast checking out the pond display and yard decor inside. The pond display has a few fish but the highlight was watching the turtle! We went outside and saw all the baby fish in the tanks and lots of pond and bog plants to choose from. We saw Sid who was working outside and we had a few questions for him. Sid was great! He was very helpful and kind, answered all of our questions and even offered up some suggestions! After we chose the plant we wanted, he carefully wrapped it up for the trip home. He made sure to tell us how to fertilize the plant and we bought some tablets to use in the future. We had a great experience!

Making the switch was the best decision. They come out very fast every time I have an issue or concern with any equipment. If they don't know the answer, they find someone who does. We especially love Lance, who comes out every week. Our pool is never cloudy or green and he never leaves even one leaf behind! They are all super friendly, even my 3 year old gets excited to go say hi to Lance when he is here. They go the extra mile. They sent out step by step instructions on what to do in case we lose power during the freeze. Lance took that step even further by sending out pictures for those of us who are more visual. I could go on and on about the fabulous customer service.
