Inexperienced staff with nothing but floor samples and displays. Expensive and not helpful at all. Ill use eBay from now on.

When I called Tony and asked when they will be back to fix it, he hung up on me. I called right back and he will not answer or return calls. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY!! If I could give less than 1 star I would.

Tl;dr I'm here to get info, not make best friends. employee was straight to the point, blunt,…read moreclear. He was polite. No pressure. E X P E R I E N C E When we entered, the employee (he seems like the owner) acknowledged us, said hi. We walked around the pool tables to look at designs then walked around to look at prices. He then verbalized that he's made it simple, color coordinated new vs used, what you get with each purchase, you get to choose all the table cloth colors, the new items shown are purely display items. The price has everything's included (delivery, install). Accessories are included currently dt a promo they're running. I like this guy. He gets to the point. He's a little abrupt. He doesn't seem to bullshit or make meaningless conversation. No pressure. He pretth much stayed behind the counter while we were looking. Social distanced. I wanted to clarify what he said, so I asked him again that we could pick cloth colors for new. He was patient and answered my question appropriately. Idk what's with all these reviews about rudeness. I like that he didn't bother me while I was looking. I could take my time and observe, but then once I walked a circle around the pool tables twice, he clarified prices/etc. I'm here to get info, not make best friends. Ultimately, I didn't buy anything. YET. I'm v interested in one of their pool tables. It's 3k for an 8 ft. Seems like a pretty good deal since they throw in a bunch of accessories but its still a little higher than what I expected to pay. Cost per use? seems v high for how much we plan on using it. BUT It's soo beautiful though. The detail. Ugh!!! Thinking about it.................. P R O D U C T S Mainly what I saw were pool tables and hot tubs but I wasn't really looking bc all I was interested in, were pool tables. Pool tables were laid out in a clear, organized way. No clutter. Clean. Beautifully displayed. Lighting is great so you can see the detail on the feet. Different color cloths options placed on each table for you to compare. I like that a lot. Very customizable. P R I C E Special prices range from 1500-3000ish and some include pingpong table conversion/accessories etc. Regular prices are as high as 5k.

I have a cabin with a spa that was getting a little long in the tooth and leaking…read more I initially had Georgia Spa doing monthly service checks, and when the rest of the problems started I got a hold of them to see about servicing. It is not the easiest set up to work on, and some neglect from the previous owner led to a few problems that had to be addressed. Jeff, after previously working with his team and installing a new cover on the spa, has been pretty relentless in chasing problems and coming to the cabin when I am not there to get this fixed. I am very happy with their service and support and am especially impressed by the communication that they give me regarding upcoming visits and the diagnostics of what they find when working on the spa. A+ outfit.

I wanted to take a moment to leave a well-deserved 5-star review for Georgia Spa and especially…read moretheir hot tub technician, Aaron. For months, I struggled with a recurring "green water" issue in the hot tub at my short-term rental in Blue Ridge. Since guest satisfaction is extremely important to us, it was frustrating to see our ratings being affected despite completely changing the water between every guest stay. The problem turned out to be caused by the high metal content in our well water. What truly impressed me was Aaron's persistence and professionalism throughout the entire process. He didn't give up or offer a temporary fix -- he stayed committed to finding the root cause and solving the issue correctly. Thanks to his knowledge, patience, and dedication, the problem has finally been resolved. The best part? We recently received a new 5-star guest review specifically complimenting how wonderful the hot tub was -- something that would not have happened without Aaron's help. I cannot thank Aaron and Georgia Spa enough for sticking with this problem until it was solved. If you need hot tub service, maintenance, or troubleshooting, I highly recommend them. Outstanding customer service, excellent technical expertise, and a company that truly stands behind their work. Problem solved!

A very unique experience! Here is a step-by-step guide 1…read more Enter. Pay the entrance fee.$40 2. You are given an electronic key, and a T-shirt and shorts. They are a jail bird orange. 3. Enter either the men's section or the women's. Find the locker number attached with your electronic key and take your shoes off. 4. Enter the main changing area and change into your clothes. 5. The mixed sex area has different kinds of saunas. I'm not sure if the type of sauna has any impact, however, there is a difference in temperature. The salt sauna seemed to be the hottest. Grab a cushion and go and lie inside one of the chosen saunas. There is even an ice room. 6. For the pools, go to the men's or women's section. This is where it gets a little uncomfortable. No clothes permitted. So it's complete nudity. There is a cold pool, a warm pool and a hot pool. You must shower before you enter to the pools. There is also a sauna and a steam room. Now for the services. There are multiple different kinds of services. I went for the foot massage, which was amazing. A shout out to Zaluda. This cost $70 for one hour. She was excellent. I also opted for a body scrub, which I've never had before. Boy was it beyond what I was expecting. There are two elderly ladies that have all the energy in the world that do this. You have to be completely nude and you lie down on a plastic covered table. It started off felt like someone rubbing my body with sandpaper. Ouch. I thought I would have to stop after a few moments. However, it got better and boy did dead skin get sloughed off. I was spun around, put in all sorts of awkward positions with one leg up in the air, my legs wide apart, my arms above my head, both front back and sides. As awkward as it was, I felt thoroughly clean at the end. She intermittently through water over me with a bucket. Things that concerned me: - you need to have your ID with you, which they keep at the front desk. They do return it once you have paid for all of your services. - nudity. I was not expecting this. My fault for not reading the reviews before. One gets used to it after a while, but it took me a moment. Overall, this is a great place to relax and rejuvenate. It is clean and the people working here were very nice. A great spa day.

One star, and unfortunately that's coming from someone who used to be a regular…read more I've been coming to Jeju for years and have spent a lot of money here on visits and services. It used to be a place I'd happily recommend to people looking to relax and reset. That changed recently when it became clear they are not welcoming to motorcycles. As someone who rides, that's a pretty disappointing stance to see from a business I've supported for so long. I'm not interested in supporting places that single out riders or create an unwelcoming environment for people simply based on how they arrive. It's a shame, because the facility itself has always been solid and I used to enjoy coming here. But culture matters. If a business doesn't want to be welcoming to the riding community, that's their choice--but it also means they won't be getting any more of my business. Plenty of other places out there that are happy to welcome everyone who walks through the door. ‍
