I called the following day and again nobody answered so I left a message for them to call back and guess what. No return call. I called again and finally spoke with someone that informed me it would be $199.00 to come out to my home. Once they got here they would give me a quote. The $199 doesn't get deducted it's what they charge just to come to your home.I purchased my Hot Springs hot tub 20+ years ago and have never been charged for them to come out to my house. Something has changed at this place. They use to be a Hot Springs dealer only but appears no longer. If you purchase anything from them beware of these fees they started charging.

Service man found heater leak and gave me an estimate of $465 to install new heater and it would have to be ordered. When I called to get it ordered, the price went up to over $1000 dollars. Unfortunately, the club did not handle an injury well with our daughter as she became a more advanced swimmer. Her "new" coach was more intent on the team winning than earning the trust and respect that a good coach would usually deserve. Which includes creating a welcoming culture, telling athletes to listen to their bodies and ensuring that he/she is PATIENT. We changed clubs as a result of Joey and had no problem doing so as every other coach was very happy to work with a high performance young teenager and help her get "competition ready." Coaching is a seminal component in a teenager's life and we did not feel comfortable with his attitude or interactions with the kids. Mike seems like a great CEO, but not well-informed by the coaching staff -that could be a result of the head coach who we never heard a word from. I would make sure to spend time talking to the coaches before picking Dynamo, depending on the child's age.

Out of the blue (or perhaps not so out of the blue because it was literally the day the Oakhurst Coach gave birth), Dynamo eliminated its high school program at Oakhurst with 3 weeks notice. No goodbye to the old coach, leading to sobbing and angry teens. The also not so best part was that they offered a 4pm practice when high school kids in this area get out at 3:45 6 miles away from the new location. Not sure if this was pregnancy discrimination or just awfulness/rudeness, but Dynamo has changed. I did try to reach out to the head coach and got a nasty note back from the Board Chair. You can't count on them to offer consistency, which I think was a hard lesson for my kids and for me since that's what they claim to sell. The City of Decatur should definitely take the Oakhurst pool back from Dynamo.

This is a painful part of the construction part. Worse was the lack of any forecasting for activity. Just radio silence. That created a conflict as we were finishing the project. Permit pulled in February and completed the pool October. Communication today should never be a problem. Not with texting. The end product is awesome, which is the most critical for us both. The pool lines work well with the house and deck and integration to the housing lines. The work, for the most part, has been very good/ excellent. We used the Jandy Floor Cleaner pop ups and so glad we did. They work to make the cost of ownership (maintenance) less so. It does an outstanding job. I highly recommend it. Totally. worth it! I have spent the past 9 months trying to learn about how to operate the pump properly to accomplish the preventive daily and quarterly maintenance needs. It is an impressive system and the after sales service and warranty guys have been outstanding to say the least. William has been working with me for a while to get through the shake down process of day in day out trouble shooting. Recently a service man, Andrew came out. He made a service call to address the Saltinator issue that was giving us false readings of 12,750 - which is impossible. And took the information he needed to get this part replaced (warranty). We were out of town and he let me know whey were coming to replace it. Great, tight communication. I like that. But this guy goes above the call when he also replaced the main pump. He got that taken care of before I was aware of it being defective. That's integrity and ethics. Andrew is a great reflection on the organization. He is professional, efficient, explains it well and gets it handled and moves on. After all that, the filter tank developed a problem like the next day....I sent the pics to William and they also took care of that, like the next day! He made a decision to get the entire unit replaced instead of just the problem part. I feel the support from William and Andrew are why I give a 5 star.
