Y'all so lucky to have a dope Vietnamese pho place right here in Cedarburg. I hope you appreciate it and support this place. I currently live in a city with a huge Vietnamese population and I still have to really look to find a place this good - and you probably live right around the corner and you can just have it whenever? It almost doesn't seem fair. The pho broth is just sooo dank and delicious. I could just drink it plain from a thermos. Okay, I actually did just drink it plain from a thermos. The seafood pho (pho do bien) seems like a pretty solid deal for the amount your get for $13. I could easily split this with someone. I also enjoyed the spicy oily deliciousness of the spicy hue noodle soup (bun bo hue). But the star might have been the spicy curry chicken (ca ri ga). It's got all that awesome thick creamy curry goodness mixed with a little bit of kick and a wee bit of sweetness from the coconut milk. If you served it with noodles instead of rice, it'd almost be like a Khao Soi from Thailand. They include a great chili oil that really kicks it up another notch if you like heat. Next time I really need to try their Bun (noodle salad) and their Bahn Mi (sandwiches). If either are half as good as their soups, I'll hafta make the trip back just for this place. read more

Had a really solid lunch here. The tenderloin stir fry was very good and the sauce was outstanding. I will definitely be back here when I am in the area. Service was super quick and everything came out piping hot as you would expect from an Asian restaurant. Everything was perfectly cooked here. I would like to try other items but it's hard to switch when the tenderloin was so good. read more

I was pleasantly surprised by this place. I usually don't expect much from an ethnic restaurant in a strip mall in the suburbs. But the food here was really good, and the prices were reasonable. I went with some coworkers for lunch, and it was not very busy. The food came out quickly, we got an abundance of fresh goodies to add to the pho, and we were able to eat and get back to the office in a timely fashion. The place is a bit dingy inside, but that wasn't enough of an issue for me to dock a star. Friendly staff, good value, and a tasty lunch add up to five stars for me any day. read more

Cannot recommend Le's Pho enough. I moved here from Richmond, VA which had a plethora of amazing restaurants to get Pho and was struggling to find one here of the same quality. Terrific hole in the wall location. Would highly recommend! We had the pho which was perfect, probably the best I've had. We also had the Tango Mango smoothie with boba. The smoothie itself was great and full of flavor, you could just tell it was made out of real fresh fruit. The boba itself was a little more iffy, that kind that's a lil harder and less chewy than it should be but it's hard to get any form of boba in the area so I'll let it pass. Le's Pho is always delicious. The food is quite reliable and consistently good. Our favorite dishes here are the beef banh mi, chicken dumplings, vegetarian fresh spring rolls with peanut sauce, and orange chicken. I promise you'll be craving the peanut sauce after you try it! Prices are reasonable and the portions are good. Thania and Le are both very kind to customers. I've been looking at this place as I work out across the street, and on a whim decided to give it a try. I don't know much about this cuisine, so I ordered just a couple of things for take away. Spring rolls and a large order of Pho intending for my wife and I to split the order. It came with a variety of garnishes and condiments and you assemble it when you get home. Everything was absolutely delicious! There easily was enough food for 3-4 adults. Finally! Ethnicity comes to the land of pizza and fish fry. We've been here twice since it opened and both times service was polite and attentive. Between the two visits, we've tried the following: Spring Rolls (shrimp & grilled pork): I wish they had some more flavor to them, but for me it's all about dipping them in the peanut sauce - which I love! Banh Mi: It was quite good, but there is place in Milwaukee that is better. So by comparison it was just average. Too much bread and not enough meat. Pho: Outstanding! The flavors of the broth are excellent. We really liked the meatball. As for the the "special pho"... while it was good, it was not worth the 50% additional cost. We will stick to one of the others next time. As water drinkers, I like the added touch of sliced cucumbers in the tap water. The prior restaurant had horrible tap water - not at Le's! read more

Wow! I came from San Jose, California for one week. I did not expect high from this restaurant. All I needed was "hot Asian soup." Result? Come here! NOW. You will not be disappointed. The best Vietnamese cuisine in Wisconsin, and likely Illinois. Asian flavors that were refined in Vietnam with it's european influences (notably French). Le's Pho has mastered Vietnamese food. There were three of us and we decided to really go for it and get many dishes to share. Starters were spring rolls with peanut dipping sauce, crab Rangoon and fried dumplings. The spring rolls had generous amounts of shrimp, fresh vegetables and noodles. Freshness is critical since they are served cold and these were exactly on point. The traditional peanut sauce added just the right amount of creamy nuttiness to the roll. Crab Rangoon was typical, but the dipping sauce had a distinct ginger undertone that let me know it was homemade and not out of a jug. The fried dumplings were tender and crisp and the dipping sauce was the perfect salty note. Entrees ordered were the combination Pho, lemon grass chicken, pineapple fried rice with shrimp and a roasted pork banh mi sandwich. The pho was easily some of the best we've ever had with a robust, well seasoned broth that had many layers and flavor notes. Fresh ingredients including the vegetables and a large bunch of fresh basil were plentiful. The lemongrass chicken was clearly a labor of love for the chef. This is a classic Vietnamese dish and the savory bite of lemongrass adds a deep richness that makes each bite explode with flavor. The pineapple fried rice with shrimp was seasoned perfectly and and each bite seemed to build on from the last. Really, it got better as we ate more. It had a surprising peppery heat to it that was just the right amount of spice. This is an excellent dish "for the table" to share. Last, the roasted pork bahn mi sandwich was epic. It was extremely authentic starting with the bread itself. Crunchy, yet chewy French baguette roll, warmed to crisp up the crust, fresh vegetables, meat, spread, generous amounts of cilantro and fresh jalapeños on the side if you want a little more heat. I've thought the bahn mi was one of the best sandwiches on the planet and this one was an excellent version that did not disappoint. We had tons of leftovers and just know that they will reheat superbly. We can't wait for lunch tomorrow! read more

Just saw this place on my way into Cedarburg and had to stop on my way out for a take out order of Pho. The service was lightening fast, the broth was steaming hot and delish, even after 25 minutes of driving back to Milwaukee. The vegetables were super fresh and crisp, with delicate shreds of white meat chicken, green onions and Thai basil adorning the generous portion of rice noodles. Fresh lime and added sauces were a bonus. I am in Cedarburg twice a month and this will definitely be one of my stops. Good luck to the owners! I hope Cedarburg discovers Vietnamese food and supports them. They deserve it! read more

This food was absolutely amazing at Le's Pho! And the service was wonderful. Everyone was so nice and helpful. We started with some great tea. Then we had the spring rolls. The spring rolls with the peanut dressing were fantastic. That peanut dressing was the best I have ever had. I would definitely recommend the shrimp mango salad. It was fantastic. If you love mango, that is a great dish for you. It is very flavorful! They also had a lot of shrimp on it. They did not skimp out on anything. The beef soup was also great! The staff members took the time and explained to me how the dish is traditionally eaten as well. I will most definitely be going back and I would definitely recommend this restaurant to anyone. The portions are HUGE so you will probably be bringing home leftovers. They are very very reasonably priced as well, especially for how much food you get and how good the food is. read more

I've never eaten in the restaurant, but it has always been clean and well-maintained. Le and his wife is so nice! They are always quick in making my order. I also love their Thai tea. Great place! The banh mi is one of the best I've ever had (and we are from California) - warm crunchy bread w generous amount of tasty pickled vegetables. The pho is very good- clean broth that isn't too salty or fatty. The spring rolls are average (shrimp, lettuce, noodles....could use some more vegetables). As good as any bowl of pho I've had in Vietnam. I ordered the ph gà, and it was served in a lovely spiced broth in which all the elements shone through-star anise, peppercorns, cinnamon, etc. The hacked up chicken had a firm bit of chew, adding a nice contrast to the soft slurpy noodles. What's more, the chili-lemongrass oil served on the side tasted fresh and ignited my pho into a firey delicious bowl of heaven-meets-hell. Can't comment on any of the other dishes, but I'll be back for a bánh mì, some bùn thít nng, and the other Vietnamese classics on the menu. read more
