    12. pho flank steak & brisket

Finally got to eat in person here. Pho is a tad on the sweet side, but overall, delicious. Place was clean and well tended. Server was attentive and nice, and provided us with perfect service. My request for noodles on the side was taken care of well (a lot of pho places give me an extra bowl of noodles instead of giving them on the side), and we were happy campers.

Big place. Seems clean. Very gentle staff. I want to give a friendly reminder that Vietnamese culture (in my experience) means not stopping at your table to check on you, but rather waiting attentively to be called over (politely). So that said, we very much enjoyed our visit to Le's Pho. The menu has many options and my vegan wife was able to have pho which is awesome! The fried tofu appetizer was some of the best tofu I've had, and I don't even like tofu! The pho was accompanied by a plate of rice sprouts and the other accoutrements. The spicy chili oil at the table is SPICY so don't get carried away like I did. Prices are just a tiny bit high for the area, but the portions are huge!! We both had to take the rest of our lunch hike for later so you get a great bang for your Buck. I also had a Thai tea boba and holy smokes was that good. Yummy!

absolutely thrilled that the area has a Vietnamese place as authentic as this. simple place, but with an incredible menu with many classic Vietnamese foods. had to start by trying the classic, ordered the le's pho special pho (with tenderloin, brisket, meatball). broth was fantastic as expected. meatball is definitely Vietnamese style. plenty of mix ins provided to make to your liking (jalapeño, basil, sprouts, all sorts of sauces & chili oils at the table). my fiancé got a Thai bubble tea that was also fantastic. will definitely be back for a casual meal or takeout!!!

I tried this place a few times and had high hopes that one day it will be better but I was disappointed again. I ordered the large Pho combo and banh mi sandwich. #11. The taste of the broth was not fresh for the price of the large pho combo ($16.00). The broth was blended, watered down, and not a lot of flavor. The noodles portions was generous but the meat was very low. #25. The highlight of the Banh Mi sandwich was the fresh veggies. Only one slice of ham & two half slices of meat loaf. The bread seemed to be a few days old. Overall, I don't really mind the high prices but the food is made with no love. For a family owned mom & pop shop, they have to put forth more effort in their pho. This place is down the block from my house but I don't think I will repeat for awhile. For the Milwaukee area, I stick to Pho Kali & Pho Viet.

Cedarburg needed some diversity in their food selections (well in all cases really!). Le's is a great addition! We went on a Friday night and there was plenty of seating available. There is not much to be said about the aesthetic of the restaurant, but of course that's not what really matters. We ordered fairly quickly and food delivery was prompt. We got two appetizers, the crab rangoon and egg rolls. I'm kind of an egg rangoon snob and was not overly impressed. They were pretty greasy and not much filling. However, the egg rolls were really great. One of us enjoyed the shrimp and pineapple fried rice, which was also really spicy and yummy. Two of us enjoyed the Pho which was of course great. Once our meal was done, it took a long time to get the bill and stuff to package up our food. Luckily we didn't mind, and had no where to be. It seemed to me that there was a ton of to go orders, which is probably a good idea if you're in a hurry. All in all, I'd definitely recommend!

My go to pho place. I love pho in general, but it's my go to when I'm sick. They always provide a good amount of garnishes.

Lovely service and food. Busy place and nice atomosphere for me. Not sure if some people would find it too noisy, but I didn't.

It looked…read moredead from the outside, but that was only because they weren't seating folks by the exterior windows; inside was nice and cozy and bustling. We were seated quickly, and everything we ordered came out pretty quickly as well, which was nice. Service was very friendly and helpful too. We started with a couple appetizers that were quite tasty but a little confusing, I must admit. The Fresh Spring Rolls were very good, but the addition of crunchy wonton rolls inside the spring roll was an unexpectedly odd texture, and to be honest it frankly gave the spring roll a slightly smoky flavor we didn't really care for, but they're easily removed once you bite into the roll, and then it's just a regular fresh roll. We actually didn't even know what it was until I read the menu again for this review. The peanut sauce with the rolls was excellent, though. We also had the Hanoi Dumplings, which were very crispy and had a nice flavor, but you only get 5 of them, and they're pretty small, so that was a bit of a bummer as most places give you 6 on average for the same price. For entrees, my husband had the Lemongrass Pepper Chicken, which was nicely spicy and very flavorful. You get a side of a different sauce as well, which we were confused by, but was really tasty too. However, for me, the star of the show was my Banh Mi. I got the whole/full size sandwich, and I strongly urge everyone to do the same, because a half size is more than enough food for a meal, and then you have another half for lunch the next day. Holy cow, was this good. I got the pork, and you get a really sizable amount of meat with the sandwich, plus fresh veggies tucked underneath. The combination was fantastic. They provided some thick-sliced jalapeno on the side with the sandwich, but I recommend when you get this sandwich -- and you really, really need to get this sandwich -- slice that up and put it right inside for a little extra kick. I'm writing this review having just finished my second half for lunch, and am still blown away. We'll *definitely* be back.
