I ordered 3lbs of the candy red oxtails and 1lbs of the oxtail infused sausages. They arrived at my house packaged beautifully. You can tell that time, patience, and love was put into crafting an amazing cut of meat. You can't go wrong with this choice. It's top notch. Next.. the spare ribs, I've had more spare ribs than I can count. I can honestly say these are seriously so good. I normally don't go for the ribs at a BBQ place because brisket and sausages usually steal the show.. but these ribs are a real game changer. They are worth the visit alone. Finally the ox tail. There is a reason it's called "famous ox tail". Right during my first bite the owner walked up and asked me how my meal was. It was so damn good I was left speechless. I always love trying out BBQ places wherever I can find them. Just happened to be in Draper searching for an early dinner when Les BBQ popped up in the search. My wife and I walked in and were greeted to the usual loud country music you find in so many of these places. The staff were quite friendly and willing to answer questions and provide samples to help us decide what to order. Unfortunately they could not answer much about how the meats are prepared because it is cooked at some undisclosed central location they called the "canteen". An appropriate name since the quality of the meats was about the same as going to your average university cafeteria. So if you want to relive your college days in a cool and friendly atmosphere with sub par food this is a great place to eat. If you are looking for legit BBQ this ain't it. read more
