This RV park is a true hidden Gem. Lots of room for maneuvering a 40 foot motorhome, the staff is very professional, extremely helpful and knowledgeable. The space was large in the view is great. Lots of option for food. There's a really nice Mexican restaurant, a Jamaican food truck. That's just amazing and a short walk across the street is a great taco truck. You're within walking distance of liquor stores, convenience, stores, and of course, Key West. They have a number of vendors that will bring you a golf cart for rent scooters a variety of different things. The rates are extremely reasonable for the area. Their summer monthly rate is unbelievable, at $2100 a month that's a great deal. Staff members are always out working. They've got a really nice gift shop if you wanna pick up a shirt or a variety of other items. If you're gonna stay at an RV park this is the place to do it. read more

We really enjoyed our time here for 3 nights! Just 4 miles from the town of Key West so we ordered an Uber every day to take us downtown and back. They come right to your door! The people that run the place are super nice and friendly and helpful! They give you a large space with beautiful grass! There's an awesome pond, and a really cool tiki hut that you can play ping-pong or pool! There's a nice walking trail that goes along the road and along a golf course. They offer full hook ups plus cable. We would highly recommend this campground if you're coming to Key West! read more

What a wonderful and nice campground! Because of the location near Key West (4.5 miles of Duval St) it is a bit expensive. The bathrooms are suprisingly ordered, nice and clean. The sites are a bit small but still good. There are quite a bit long-term stayed RV's. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The WiFi is free. That helps non-US citizen ;-). A ride to Key West is 8 min, $2 by bus (single fare) or $18 by Uber. Reserve your camp site before arriving. read more

This was my first time camping, like, for real camping in a tent. We had slept in our car about a year ago at a campground during a trip, and we thought we were total badasses. This was a whole new world for me. I bought my little tent on Amazon and we set off. We were only here for one night, so I figured it would be a good run at camping. We had the tent up in about half an hour *uncontrollable excitement* and we were told it'd be fine to leave it there while we went to dinner (which was good because I didn't want to pitch a tent at midnight). Our little site was set just behind a mangrove, which surprisingly wasn't mosquito-ridden (and this was June). The restrooms were clean and I felt comfortable there, both at night before bed, and early in the morning. My only complaint is that the sites are pretty close to one another so you can hear everyone else's conversations in the middle of the night. The farting contest that the mother-daughter duo next to us at 3am was no exception. We will, however, be returning for sure if we make a trip back. read more

Great place to camp! It was small enough where there wasn't people everywhere and you didn't feel cramped in. Staff was so friendly and helpful regarding what to do around the area. It was also very clean (bathrooms were superb). They also have a great deck on their little lake you can lay on. They sell stuff like ice, toiletries, etc in the office. I definitely will stay here again when I come back to key west! Wonderful experience. Can't wait to come back! read more

This is the cutest little campground ever! We were tenting without electricity and had a campsite right on the water. There are many reasons we love this place: 1- Beautiful iguanas everywhere 2- Fair rules and friendly helpful staff 3- Location is close to good food, necessities and it's even not a bad walk to Key West (about 2 hours walk to the beach and maybe 1.5 hour walk downtown). And 15 min to the botanical gardens 4- nice community of campers, very safe 5- cute fire pit area and deck 6- each campsite has a picnic table and charcoal grill If you're looking for an affordable alternative to hotels in Key West, you should consider Leo's. Bring some bug spray to keep the no-see-em's and you'll have a great stay. read more

If you are going to Key West and don't want to spend a ton of money on a dive hotel room, I suggest pitching your tent or parking your RV at Leo's which is on Stock Island. Most people are familiar with the other campground down the way, but for the price, Leo's is the better call. Super small gravel sites. Space for large tent, car, and bikes. But really, you plan on hanging out here? We literally just slept, showered, and headed back to Key West to hang for the day. It's about 4.5 miles to Duval from Leo's. Easy bike ride or a 20.00 cab ride. The facilities at Leo's are super nice and clean. We paid 42.00/night, which was during peak I think. It may seem a bit much, but you can save your money for better eats and drinks down the road. read more

Why spend top-dollar to stay downtown? Everytime we come to Key West we stay here. $39.00 a night, clean restrooms and the sites are big enough for a tent and the car. Can't go wrong. There is a scooter rental place a block away (make sure you haggle, I got 2 days for the price of 1) , if scooters aren't your thing a taxi ride was $20. read more

What a bad experience. The weather forecast showed flood warning and even though we called several days in advance, theye did not let cancel nor show us the insurance coverage they had. They were very rude. The lady would not call the management. Even after leaving a message 2 days ago the owner did not call back. Shady. Will never go back. We just got screwed. Well if you like tight spaces dirty bathrooms and absolutely no services well then people, This is the place for you! I'll start by saying that when I stayed here I have never been to an RV Park where everyone has to back in off the street and there is no place to turn around.Sure they pick up garbage in the place but that is it as far as services. Not sure they have a cleaning service because the bathrooms don't look like they have been cleaned since the 1970's. I mean if you own a $150,000 motor home (which I saw quite a few here) why the F%^K would you park it here! Yeah I guess it will be part of our learning curve. I would given it a 10 if I could! Found this place by word of mouth - my social husband was out talking to people at a RV park in Tempe Arizona and he saw a sticker from Key West - cause we were going there he asked the people where they stayed and they had nothing but good things to say about Leo's. Well they were so right, very clean, great staff, close to down town - we rode our bikes all around including downtown. Be sure to go to Hogfish Bar & Grill (local dive bar) great hogfish. Call as early as you know your going to Key West lots of people winter every year. If we come back to Key West we will definitely come here. read more

Staff was present enough, don't expect a red carpet. Everyone staying here seemed to be in great spirit! Fantastic value for the location. 10 min from Duval street tops. Office hours are terrible and check in / check out times are horrendous. People who are camping obviously are driving - we arrived at almost 7am and had to wait for the office to open at 11 before we even knew where we could setup. Lost almost 5 hours of our first day on vacation! My advice would be to tell people what site they have when they make the reservation so that way if they arrive early they can set up. read more

Decided to camp while in the keys. Was a tad nervous about the location but it was a prefect set up. Camp sites r located next to the mangroves which makes it pretty peaceful. Location of the sites r a 5/5. Bathrooms were super clean with hot water and laundry machines! Bathrooms r right next to the camping sites. Only tough part about the camp site was the ground. It's extremely rocky and u need high quality stakes and a good hammer to get into the ground. Air mattress is a must! Plus no camp fires allowed which is the reason why it didn't get the full 5/5. It's not camping unless u have a camp fire. Ha Solid camp ground and would recommend this place to anyone! read more

Clean restrooms and parking area for RV and campers. Very large place occupied mainly by permanent RV dwellers. Camp sites are down by the creek and on gravel spot. If you are not used to sulfer smell often found on waterrways near the ocean you may not like this place. The rv spots closest to the main road has more grass but.....its closer to the road and a bus stop. We met the owner...very nice guy. Laundry facilities cable tv and clean but small showers. Ladies room is in line of site to front office whereas mens room is on the back side...or scarier side as no one can see you go in...or being followed in. Not that there is a record of that...i am just safety conscience. A few bbq pits under palm shaded pergola is a nice touch. read more

I just went to Key West for my first time and we stayed at Leo's. Nicole was very welcoming and was very helpful when we asked questions about the bus and what to do. The campground was very clean and well maintained. The bathrooms were also very nice and clean. They give you a bag full of coupons and brochures when you arrive that's very helpful. Great location, friendly staff and reasonable prices for Key West. We stayed in a tent site with electric by the water, the site cane with a picnic table and a BBQ. Grill. The savings of staying here and BBQ sometimes, allowed us to enjoy many activities in Key West, where they can add up. They have very clean bathrooms and the ladies bathroom has AC which was a bonus when getting ready to go out. We would definitely recommend Leo's and will come back and stay with them, great place! read more

Truley this is the most awesome place. Everything you need. Showers and very quiet. The tent camping is awesome. We booked 2 nights with our teardrop trailer in the tent camping. Talk about room. I felt like I had the whole island. The staff was so friendly and of course knowledgeable. The street is a dead end so a little tricky turning around pulling a trailer. But this is a nice boutique RV campground. You won't be disappointed read more

This is my second season to stay at Leos. We like the place. Friendly staff, good rates for this area. We enjoyed the movie nights and entertainment. The owner set up a wonderful Super Bowl party, with great food and beverages for the guest. Everyone appeared to have a good time. i will return next winter. read more
