We arrived late on Thursday night and was prepared for the late check in by the friendly office staff. It was a breeze getting our key and getting settled in. There was a spot right in front of our cottage that was free parking! (I was afraid we weren't going to find a spot but there was plenty and soo close!!) First walking into the cottage it was a lot nicer and bigger than we expected. There is so much storage and room to put all of your belongings. They provide an ironing board and iron, vacuum, some dishes, coffee with condiments, towels, a safe, plenty of pillows, and soaps! The cottage was very clean! The front porch was so nice to spend our mornings and nights on! All of the staff we encountered were very friendly and accommodating! This cottage is in a perfect location and close to everything you want or need! We couldn't of asked for a better place to stay! Very close to CVS, laundry mat, scooter/bicycle rentals, coffee, Duval St and much much more! Also, the pool is a nice, quiet, relaxing area where clothing is optional! We would definitely recommend staying here when you go to Key West!

The office host was kind enough to let us check the room out before we booked it. The rooms are cool, clean, the bed was beyond comfortable (I'm actually still laying down haha) cute courtyard, friendly staff, parking, close to all the downtown Key West attractions but none of the noise! Lots of great little touches to the property as well, each of the guest houses run by the Key West Inns management has it's own personality. There are bikes available for rent right at the office too, so you don't have to try to track a rental down. Super big thank you to Andrea for being so accommodating, friendly and making great recommendations for the beach and restaurants. The icing on the already glorious cake is, the price!!! Completely reasonable and affordable. It is practically a steal. I'm certainly going to book this guesthouse again when I come back!

It had a large ticket but with a large fridge, fireplace, 70" tv, microwave, sound system, lots of seating, dock, outdoor shower, fish cleaning station and bar. Lots of cabinets to store thins in too. It was fenced in for our dogs too. They have kayak rentals and a pool. A game room and bar and shower and laundry are near the pool. Service was great!

That's not 5 star when information is given disrespectfully. Your staff needs new training. Visiting the keys, we had the pleasure to stay at David and Daphne Cook's vacation property. Conch Key Villas sports three units: Two down stairs and one upstairs unit. Located in the middle keys, it is a great location to see all the sites along the Keys. We took a trip down to Key west easily for the day and also headed up to Islamorada one day without trouble. We stayed in the North, downstairs unit and my goodness what a cute and cozy studio that was well appointed and very nicely decorated. Newer, updated appliances, (fridge, stone, microwave) and comfortable king bed rounded out the fully stoked kitchen cupboards. What is so nice is that you can cook in or go out and make a blend of whatever suits your fancy. With a plethora of good eats nearby, your Yelp app will easily point you in the right direction to a good meal. Walking out the back door you will see multiple docks to park your boat or a rental. Fish of all sizes swimming back in forth, playing tag under the docks and in the shadows. Fishing off the dock is easy and fruitful. (just don't forget to buy a license!) There's a dedicated bait freezer on property along with an industrial, stand-alone ice maker for your needs. On the south side of the property you'll find the comfortable and cool "bar" area sporting bar stools and a grill for cooking your catch, you can relax on one of the hammocks, play some darts or just sit and relax while soaking up some sun while your food cooks. All in all, we had a delightful stay. David was spot on with any communication and was easy to work with. I can give CKVs my highest recommendation and can assure that you will not be disappointed.

Capt Mike was recommended to us by the Westin concierge (Becki, who by the way is extremely helpful!). We were looking for a half day private boat charter for my wife and I and our 3 children (11, 8 & 3). The most important thing to us was flexibility. We wanted fishing, a private island visit and dolphin watching, but we also knew our kids would lose interest in any one activity after about 45 minutes. I'm happy to say that Capt Mike delivered all three, and then some. We met at the Westin Harbor. We first started dolphin watching... within 15 minutes, he had about 6 to 8 dolphins all around us, jumping and playing all around the boat. After 30 minutes of this, the kids started getting bored and were ready to move on. So we left for a private island excursion. On the way, he showed the kids seaweed with crabs and shrimp (they thought it was so cool to see up close), a shipwreck and wild stingrays. We then arrived at the private island and had a 45 minute walk where the kids found cool shells, pieces of coral and hermit crabs. Our next stop was to head back towards key west for a 1 hour fishing stop. During the stop, each of the three kids all caught fish and felt special for having done so. Finally, we took a 15 minute pause to watch the sunset from the boat for a full Key West experience. Capt Mike was GREAT with kids. They absolutely loved his personality, his kids-friendly jokes and the experiences. My 11-year old kept saying "This is so awesome!!" every 30 minutes or so. I would highly recommend anyone take this charter, especially if you have kids.

We were sold after Nate described Mike and let us know that we would not be captive and stuck doing something we don't feel like doing and that Mike was exactly what we were looking for. Nate was right, Mike picked us up right at Sunset pier and we were off. We had a great time and were more than pleased with Mike and his putting up with our crazy crowd. We brought drinks and food and had a great time out on the water and islands with Mike. I will always return to Captain Mike, and recommend anyone else do the same when in Key West.

Captain Mitch and his son took us to a shipwreck off of Wisteria Island and we snorkeled and swam around, heard stories about the island, and felt like we got the real Key West experience.
