We are completely and utterly blown away with how nice this resort is and how exceptionally friendly the staff has been. Our first encounter with the staff was with Rita over the phone when we inquired about booking a site short notice. She has been top notch since the first phone call. She originally had us booked for site #2 but then called back and said she had a better one closer to the dog park (which is incredibly nice as well for you're pets to stretch their legs and do their business). She put us in site #7 and could of not been happier. She also assisted with backing in our coach into to the spot and her excellent ground guiding skills got us in there first go perfectly. She then provided us a book of things to do and see in the area and gave us a run down. We are so thoroughly impressed with this resort we know will will try to frequent hopefully at least once a year. Thank you Rita and Bluewater Keys Resort! You impressed us greatly!

At first i was a little nervous…read morebecause ive never towed anything that big with my truck. we got the 31.5ft long Elite camper i asked Tim if it was possible to take it for a test drive,he was more than happy to help us out with that. we met up and hooked up my f150 and took the camper for a drive in the city and the highway. when we took the rv Tim help me install the stabilizer bars on my truck which made the 5 hr ride up to Anastasia State park a whole lot smoother and safe for me and my family. Tim was also there every time we called for the smallest and most annoying questions we had. He helped me out over the phone when we were heading back on how to properly hook up the trailer and stabilizer bars. i would have never gotten any kind of help like that with one of the big rv rental spots ,the one on one with Tim everytime we needed him was priceless!! i highly recommend Tim's Rv's if you plan on renting a camper!! It worked for about 5 minutes, then died. We called the Cruise America site and they said to check the oil, it was empty. So we had to break down camp to go find oil. We tried again after filling it with oil, still only after a few moments it died. We had to rent a hotel because there were no available spaces at any of the RV camps. I use a CPAP machine and need power at night to run it or I could die from lack of oxygen when I stop breathing. We called Cruise America 4 times and finally they said we had to talk to the place we picked it up from. When we brought it back, clean. They would not give us a credit of any kind. Totally rude, blocked us in so we could not even leave in our car. DO NOT GO HERE, IT IS NOT WORTH THE MONEY OR FRUSTRATION!!!
