At first i was a little nervous…read morebecause ive never towed anything that big with my truck. we got the 31.5ft long Elite camper i asked Tim if it was possible to take it for a test drive,he was more than happy to help us out with that. we met up and hooked up my f150 and took the camper for a drive in the city and the highway. when we took the rv Tim help me install the stabilizer bars on my truck which made the 5 hr ride up to Anastasia State park a whole lot smoother and safe for me and my family. Tim was also there every time we called for the smallest and most annoying questions we had. He helped me out over the phone when we were heading back on how to properly hook up the trailer and stabilizer bars. i would have never gotten any kind of help like that with one of the big rv rental spots ,the one on one with Tim everytime we needed him was priceless!! i highly recommend Tim's Rv's if you plan on renting a camper!! My husband was nervous to drive the 30 foot camper to St. Augustine and Tim was kind enough to take him for a test drive prior to the trip to make sure he was comfortable. We dropped off the bike during the week and even though it was in the shop for a week it got fixed at a VERY reasonable rate, and it got fixed right. Furthermore; we had previously taken the bike to 2 other places prior and felt like we were getting ripped off. I did not do any of the talking. I felt that if you don't swagger in talking the Havana way, your service experience may be a little different. If you walk in with an attitude then you will receive service with an attitude. If you walk in with an understanding that this business is one mans dream, one that has been built up from nothing, and has had some rough patches, some dips, and some highs, then you will receive the overall best service ever, and you will come out raving as much as we did. The mechanic and the other guys hanging around were all very nice, totally professional, and not condescending at all, which I appreciate a lot because as a newbie motorcyclist and a lady I'm touchy about all that. Note they don't take credit cards, but there's an ATM in the drugstore across the street. I'm definitely coming back here the next time I need help with my bike.

Once I did decide to call I was greeted very friendly and pleasantly over the phone. They were able to give me a reservation on short noticed. Once I arrived, management was very professional, they made me feel comfortable and gave me a RV pad. The park is very clean, the bathroom and shower are very clean as well. Moreover, when I drove to South Beach the next morning it was a quick 25 min trip. Obviously don't make the trip during rush hour. Furthermore they are very informative and gave me great suggestions about the local area. Without a doubt I will be staying here again on my next trip to Miami.
