At first i was a little nervous…read morebecause ive never towed anything that big with my truck. we got the 31.5ft long Elite camper i asked Tim if it was possible to take it for a test drive,he was more than happy to help us out with that. we met up and hooked up my f150 and took the camper for a drive in the city and the highway. when we took the rv Tim help me install the stabilizer bars on my truck which made the 5 hr ride up to Anastasia State park a whole lot smoother and safe for me and my family. Tim was also there every time we called for the smallest and most annoying questions we had. He helped me out over the phone when we were heading back on how to properly hook up the trailer and stabilizer bars. i would have never gotten any kind of help like that with one of the big rv rental spots ,the one on one with Tim everytime we needed him was priceless!! i highly recommend Tim's Rv's if you plan on renting a camper!! Neither of us have ever lived in a travel trailer before and knew literally nothing about anything. Gigi, Ivan, and Jared helped us pick our perfect home. They made the entire process simple and worry-free. We had an inspector come out and he gave us a list of repairs which the crew here took care of right away. They have been our go-to for ANY AND ALL questions we've had over the last 3 months. How to flush our tanks, which truck to purchase, how to put a hitch on, how to tow our trailer. Literally every question we've had, they were knowledgeable and patient enough to answer for us. I don't know if they want this advertised, but Jared even gave us towing lessons. He is legit a prodigy when it comes to towing and we knew we were learning from the best. He has been so incredibly patient and encouraging. We are about to set off across the country and really couldn't have done it without these guys' help. Thank you so so much. Lastly, Gigi holds a free event every Friday night at the dealership with food, drinks, and live music. They recently moved to Pompano Beach and the spot is awesome! Highly recommend going for a great night out.
